That Art Deco style mausoleum of Barnheisel family is so beautiful. Not everyone's style, but Art Deco is not so often to see on cemeteries. When I saw elk, then I remembered this episode. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you in US, greetings from Europe.
In Canada we don't have many mausoleums. I had the opportunity to visit Cave Hill while in Kentucky and we spent hours there. I had seen your video on it and put it in our 'must do' list. Thanks for your respect of the places you visit
I remember a long time ago that you found mausoleums that you were actually able to get inside of. I wish that you could find some of them again! And I wonder if the one with the Barr name is related to Bill Barr ?! And then their was the Osborne one . Another famous last name! That was a short video !
You know, its bad enough that the creeps and the demon people want to kill the living, but to shoot up a cemetery and mausoleum, that's sick!!, you're doing a great job , thanks Matt., have a blessed Thanksgiving 🙌, and looking forward to more adventures 😊
I have spent many hours in this cemetery, such a peaceful place! I remember when you took up my invitation to visit it a few years ago. When you have a chance, check out Ninth Street Cemetery, much smaller than this one, but it has a huge amount of pioneers buried there. Thanks for visiting!
What appear to be bullet slugs and;/or holes in some of the Mausoleum windows are, in reality, caused by rocks. Lawn mowers go by mowing the grass, kick up rocks that can hit windows and head stones at very high speed, leaving what looks like bullet holes. If you look closely at the place where hole appear to contain a bullet, actually contain a rock. I've seen many of these marks.
I find it just horrific that someone would shoot at leaded glass windows in a cemetery. They looked like BB holes to me & what you thought were bullets are actually where the BB’s have hit the lead.
Beautiful 🤩 old cemetery. It’s kept clean. Grass cut not overgrown. Great video friend. Rip for the the people who are gone. Amen.
That elk statue was absolutely gorgeous.

Thank you! Happy Holidays, Kuulei!
Well filmed. Some of the best looking mausoleums i have seen. You have warmer climate then us. Our old ones get too damp and damage. 😮

Fantastic video Matt. I always enjoy and look forward to your videos
Thank you, Chris! I appreciate you watching, glad you enjoy!
Anything interesting in new harmony? You had some very good finds here.
I still don't understand why families installed door knockers on mausoleums. Who could answer the knock?

Matt , was that a soldier on top that one crypt! And they do look 👀 old ! A lot of mold on the outside!

Thanks for the info, William! I appreciate the clarification!
I really wish vandals could find something better to do with their time. Thanks for the video.

I think those things that look like slugs may be small rocks tossed by a lawnmower.
Interesting possibility, I had never thought of something like that before!
