You should start one. Every club begins with someone starting it.

I first got into this by looking for tips to have an edge over regular people. But once I realised how much more there was to it I was _hooked_ (pun intended). Plus, forearm day is the most satisfying workout! I would train forearms multiple times every day if it would be more beneficial than damaging.

Jack Lewis yeaah I know exactly what you are talking about:) im on that same road. Never really trained forearms before, now I love it:)

I don’t know about multiple times every day, but you can definitely train them every day as long as you don’t over do it. I know this is a comment from 3 years ago lol but your forearms recover much faster than almost all other muscle groups socas long as you do have proper recovery you can train them almost if not every day.

I don't even arm wrestle and i love these things. I want to arm wrestle, but I'm scared of getting hurt. I don't want to hurt my bicep or break my arm...

You won't break your arms or your biceps. Training is safe with a good team. At the beginning it's more a matter of tendons (for me brachialis / brachioradialis) and joints. Like in any other sport, it's up to you not to go too far but you will have more injuries in squash / badminton than in arm wrestling.
