Hi…I also have Saturn and Pluto in my 6th house this year…however, I have had M.E./CFS for 20 plus years, then last year I got Lyme disease that then didn’t respond to antibiotics so is now chronic, I also have milder autoimmune disease and inflammatory bowl disease. I also have a two year old and have no help looking after her (so not much time to do self care 😬). Having ill health is SO stressful and challenging…I am so sorry you are struggling too 😔 I really hope you can find things that help your body to manage. I think the autoimmune disease I have is staying more mild despite high stress due to listening to Sapien Medicines „reverse autoimmune disease“ track (it’s on his patrion -he also had helpful tracks on UA-cam) 🤔 I may be wrong of course…In the past I have done the autoimmune (AIP) diet with some success. I really hope you find something to help you 🤞💖

Call me a cynic but looking back on events such as the end of apartheid and the fall of the Berlin Wall & ussr and taking into account what’s gone on since, it strikes me that these situations were ‘allowed’ to occur in order to release pressure but more importantly to usher in new regimes, systems and stakeholders who fit the future agenda. Currently the EU is resembling a communist state more with every year that passes, Russia had a long time of oligarchs pilfering every natural resource and SA land now being bought/developed by China. I am in no way saying that the end of communism, divided nations and apartheid was bad in any way, they were all long overdue, however I now realise that these tumultuous events create an opportunity for those shadowy controlling figures who direct governments to make their moves and as such they allow them to happen to facilitate these manoeuvres and machinations.
I lived and worked very closely through those times - it was all uncharted territory with various actors taking advantage of the chaos. There was no overall strategy as nobody had anticipated such rapid change. The EU is indeed a very different animal than when I worked at the Commission, and this is for a variety of complex reasons including increased American and military influence. It has become increasingly cult-like with each successive enlargement. There were 12 then 15 members when I worked there, now there are 28 and it’s unruly unless they are forced to think alike. Shameful. The US enabled the creation of Russian oligarchs in the 1990s and deliberately orchestrated Yeltsin’s election because he was weak and controllable. Putin stepped in and was a true Russian patriot so not easily manipulated by the US, which is why there was always some friction and now hysterical hatred of him. It’s a complex and multifaceted history with no overarching plan for things to turn out this way, aside from the general US wish to control everything. Unsurprisingly, most of the world doesn’t want this and anyone who pushes back bears the brunt of violence and propaganda, and as most people don’t follow what is going on behind what the news tells them, it’s easily believed.

As you rightfully allude to the USA (at least the political/ruling classes and associated ‘deep state’) have been instrumental in so many conflicts around the world over the years that has ultimately resulted in more suffering and hardship for the ordinary people, all in the supposed name of democracy. It now seems to have turned on its own, this years election will be pivotal (if it even goes ahead), and if it’s blatantly stolen again there will I feel be a huge uprising of deeply disillusioned American citizens. With feelings running high amongst the farming communities across Europe and more people waking up and joining in their sentiments it’s shaping up to be a potentially revolutionary year. It’s at these times that those that sit above the likes of prime ministers and presidents sit back and let these events play out, ready to fill the voids created with something or someone that will ultimately always see their agendas are fulfilled. I fervently hope that this time will be different and I do feel that there are many of us that see through ALL the lies and falsehoods and that number grows daily.
