Join Mario on an epic paper-adventure to collect the Crystal Stars before the X-Nauts do! The nefarious X-Nauts are after the treasure behind the Thousand-Year Door! With a map from Princess Peach, and the help of a few locals, Mario journeys through a colorful world made of paper to find them first. To prevail in this quest, you’ll have to level up Mario and his friends, master timing-based attacks and badges to impress the audience on the stage of combat, and make use of all the abilities that come with being cursed-er, conveniently made of paper-like folding into a plane to cross big gaps or turning sideways to slip through narrow openings. Leaf through a storybook world with charming characters in every fold. Surprises abound in this deep and engaging tale, where everyone’s got something to say and it’s often not what you’d expect. Mario will meet all kinds of interesting folks on his journey, like the upbeat and studious Goombella and the shy but determined Koops. Some of these characters will need your help with their own quests, or even join your party. Others, like Peach and Bowser, have stories of their own that you’ll play between Mario’s chapters! A classic turns the page, bringing fresh visuals and updated features. Twenty years after the original game on the Nintendo GameCube system, this version for the Nintendo Switch system has revamped graphics, and a suite of additional changes that make the game easier than ever to enjoy.

To elaborate: yes, she kind of is a cloud. The game description for her states "Flurrie is a cloud spirit who can control the wind." So yes, she is a cloud if "cloud spirit" is close enough.

I think the best part about Flurrie’s reveal in my opinion was just how hard the devs were sugarcoating it
Zack, don't forget about your items. The game is very generous with item drops and with coins for you to buy items. You don't need to use sweet treat every time as your star power can be used for better things later.
Also second the person who said you should visit the battle toad off screen to improve your action commands.
I really think you should practice with the battle toad, even if it's off camera. It'll make a huge impact on your fighting skills really easily. It's a really good way to learn anything you could possibly need to know. Also, be sure to check in the waterfall in the room you ended on. I think there's something in there, but I can't remember. You may have to go on the flat mode

If you mean by Fire Breathing turtles and his armies, Evil counts who wanted everyone to suffer, an evil crazy jester who wanted to destroy all worlds to create new ones, and bowser being corrupted over and over and over again by either paint or a sticker star.
I just realised that bowser is either possessed or more powerful in most paper mario games!
Go back to the piñata parlor and use your turning 90 degrees curse to go behind the front desk

power bounce make you jump on enemys as much as you can time the press wich gets tighter but on bosses it caps quite fast a bit normaly
i'm not sure if you do so in this episode, but remember you can use syrup jars to refill FP instead of sweet treat, keep up the good work zack 👍

@@thedraftingax5963 after thinking about it, sweet treat is okay in the beginning bc it saves storage space and your max FP isn’t much, but I don’t think it will be as good in later chapters? Just a guess

I'm wondering if you have an aversion to using items? I just think you would recover your flower points much faster and more often with items instead of relying on the special attacks. Honey syrup will restore 5 FP and it eliminates the RNG of sweet treat.

Zach btw when you stomp on a n enemy and press when you land on the enemy to do more damage but you can continue the chain after it says nice you can keep jumping

Hey Zack, the quick change badge is found in the Rogueport sewers. Enter the pipe south of Frankley's place, then go into the corridor on the left. It sells for 15 Star Pieces and takes 7 BP to equip, just to let you know.

The Puni theme is way more enjoyable in the remake
The floor squares are a different ability. Also the quick change costs a lot of BP so make sure you level up a lot
Those hatches that you keep seeing in the floor can be flipped by a later ability that you will get fairly soon
Flipping the floor panels is a different ability. I think a specific jump or hammer upgrade that actually flips it over. I forget which.
It's the super boots, I ground pounded with them to find a star piece under a floor panel

My suggestion: Unequip the Happy Heart and the Close Call, and replace them with the Power Bounce. You'll do more damage and it'll make jump attacks worthwhile
