Grinding bearing off is not a good idea. I had 4 sets of front bearings fitted to a transit van a f g nightmare Ford designed as a unbolt hub with bearings as a unit and rebuild as a unit with 4 bolts. Not the way the garages round here work f d my wheel spindles up 3 times till I insisted on Ford genuine parts fitted by using the 4 bolts provided in the kit. 3 different garages 3 sets of cowboys 3 labour bills. F Witts. Buy the tool or copy one. Points lost. For riding a horse to work 😢.

You have replaced MR HEWES as he seems to have gone into hibernation for the winter. 😢 l REALLY DON'T LIKE grinding in mechanics tool choice. My opinion only.
