We have a 2021 Surveyor Legend 320BHLE, her name is " Sheila the Surveyor". And we are Walkers on Walkabout which is goes with Sheila. We have not named our tow truck. But what is now funny is that our daughter is now dating a very nice young man from New Zealand.
We bought our first camper during a "squirrel" moment so we went with the movie theme too. We named our first camper Scrat after the Squirrel on Ice Age. We stayed with that movie and named our current camper Peaches after the daughter. We put a big sticker of her on the side. Its a fun conversation starter. I enjoy your videos!!
😂 Great names! We call the RV the Hizzie (husband came up with that) and our big red truck is Scarlet. If we could afford vanity plates Scarlet would have THICC, because she's our 'fat bottom girl' dually.
I love the idea of asking what people named their rigs. But you read my mind about asking about the methods people use to mark their maps! I was planning a video on that. ❤LauraD
Leigh Ann, this is the greatest documentary. It never occurred to us to name our travel trailer. Need to put my tin foil hat on, must come up with a good one. I purchased a traveling map, it’s a great conversation piece meeting new people. Safe travels!
Our motorhome is "Jeannie" because she was a wish come true. Before that we had "Ricky and Lucy" (van and travel trailer). Then we got a new tow vehicle and ended up with "Gary and Lucy" (Lucille's second husband). Then we got Endora (a class C) and now we have Jeannie and I'm a huge "I Dream of Jeannie" fan.
PS I used a Cricut machine to put huge eyes (like you see on the bottle of the Jeannie intro animation) on the front of the motorhome and the animation version of Jeannie on the sides like WWII Airplane Nose Art.
