Why are people so genuinely terrible at shopping? They need 10 minutes to compare every single product on the shelf only to go with the one that they first picked up 10 minutes ago. They shake it, compare weights, read each package, examine it and then...back to the first one. 10 years of retail and I haven't figured out exactly wtf is wrong with people. I go in, grab what I need and walk away. People like to bunch up on aisles randomly.
They maybe have no jobs, want to appear to be happy with their lot and are bored with life? No PC's to use at home for product research? They want to touch the product to make sure it's not crap? There could be a thousand reasons why these people are just a PITA. I'm guessing it's normal NPC behavior, lol. But, without them, we'd have no shops and many without retail employment.
