  • As the world races to vaccinate against COVID-19, reports of myocarditis in vaccinated individuals have emerged. However, a groundbreaking analysis of these cases has revealed a startling discovery: the presence of circulating spike protein. But what does this mean for the safety of the vaccines? Is the spike protein the root cause of the condition, or merely a byproduct? With the stakes higher than ever, scientists must delve deeper into this mysterious phenomenon to uncover the truth and ensure the continued health of the global population.

    It's a wild time to be alive. In the US I am visiting family across the country. I decided to cut on cable tv for the first time in years. Every other commercial was a pharmaceutical with the most ridiculous side effects listed at the end. Ppl wonder why I don't trust pharma companies and it's so blatantly obvious that it's frustrating that they can't even see it. I am terrified of what's to come. I see the writing clearly on the wall. For one thing, I want pharma out of the stock market in the US. It's only set up for profit that grows exponentially every year for their shareholders. We have put profit over human health. I wish everyone could understand this before it's too late

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому +26

      Yes, very true. It is based on allocating funding to knowledge we are keen on discovering. Science is very expensive and needs substantial financial investment. So those who dispense the money are to some degree the gatekeepers of what knowledge we want to discover. Case in point, all of the world stopped and started investigating COVID when the pandemic started. The flux of money to understand the problem was gigantic and enormous. We learned many new things about our immune systems. Myocarditis investigation is lagging behind primarily because I think we feel bit embarrassed that it even happened and we have a hard time accepting it for the moment but science is so driven by desire to help people that we always eventually overcome that barrier of embarrassment when we accidentally screw up and learn how to help. Eventually we still proceed to understand the problem to know how to help people

    Very interesting. Seeing you in Europe reminds me that I have recently read a lot about the World Wars, and particularly noted the almost frantic development and use of bio weapons during WW1. Yesterday I read that the Spanish Flu was so named because the heavily controlled media of the allies did not want it known that the troops returning from the various fronts to their many countries were sick. Only Spain had no restrictions.. its hardly surprising that the other countries latched on to the story that the flu was Spanish. The question we should perhaps be asking is what biological research apart from gases were being prepared for a war that was stopped so suddenly that the allies were apparently left with economies geared up for at least two more years of warfare: What was going on behind the scenes that they were so scared to let anyone know why so many troops suddenly got sick in so many disparate areas? We may never know, but it seems to be uncomfortably close to similar covert work during and after WW2.

    • @TigerTankIII
      @TigerTankIII Рік тому +17

      You are absolutely correct, the 1918 Spanish Flu originated in the United States Fort Riley Army Base where American troops received an experimental vaccine developed by the Rockefeller Institute. Those troops then set off for Europe becoming sick and ultimately spreading the flu to one third of the world’s population, but particularly in America when the troops returned from the war and spread the flu to the rest of the nation, blaming the origin of the disease on Spain, but the American population had to now get inoculated with the Rockefeller vaccine. The only people that died from the 1918 Spanish Flu were those that got the Rockefeller Vaccine.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому +9

      The development and use of biological weapons during World War I is a dark chapter in human history. While the use of such weapons was banned by the Geneva Protocol of 1925, there have been reports of their use in conflicts since then.
      Regarding the origins of the Spanish Flu, it's true that the name "Spanish Flu" is a misnomer, as the origins of the pandemic are still not fully understood. However, it's important to note that the spread of disease was likely facilitated by the movement of troops during World War I and the cramped and unsanitary conditions they faced. The exact role of biological research or other factors in the spread of the disease is still a topic of ongoing research and debate.
      It's important to learn from the mistakes of the past and work towards preventing the development and use of biological weapons in the future.

    Very interesting as always. Again as I do not have a background in this subject but try to listen to as wide a range of experts and authorities who are far more knowlegible and who have a wide range of perspectives, one of the interesting questions I heard being raised which had to do with the presence of these spike proteins was the actual injection as whether or not it was properly aspirated when introduced to the person receiving the injection. Is there any way to detect after the fact whether these proteins in the blood are the result of the needle hitting a blood vessel instead of being isolated in muscle tissue which I understand is the way they are intended to be introduced and yet everywhere we see people who may or may not be clinically trained administering the injections at local pharmacies and shopping centers? Oh, and once again a very tranquil and beautiful scene; much needed in these times. Safe travels to you.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому +4

      Thank you for your kind words. Regarding your question, it is possible that injection of the COVID-19 vaccine into a blood vessel could result in increased levels of spike protein in the bloodstream, which could potentially contribute to adverse effects such as myocarditis. However, it is important to note that the administration of the vaccine into a muscle is the intended route of delivery, and healthcare providers are trained to ensure proper injection technique.
      While it is possible for a healthcare provider to accidentally inject the vaccine into a blood vessel, there are no specific tests available to detect this after the fact. However, healthcare providers are trained to recognize and report adverse reactions to vaccines, and individuals who receive the vaccine should report any unusual symptoms or side effects to their healthcare provider as soon as possible.

      As a nurse who trained long ago, I was horrified watching the people that gave these vaccines. They would insert needle and immediately inject...NEVER aspirate.
      Aspiration before injecting was always drilled into us to avoid giving a med into a blood vessel.
      These people (doubt they were nurses) were obviously trained quickly and not trained to aspirate.
      Unless it was anaphylaxis, I doubt they cared about other adverse effects from the vax...which would have occurred later.
      Most victims of vax injuries seem to have been ignored, or injuries denied by even their doctors.
      Medically, it's been a disaster from the start.
      Has always been a political/money making scheme rather than a life saving vax, IMHO.

      That said, autoimmune responses to COVID-19 are still being studied, and researchers are working to understand the mechanisms underlying these responses. I wasn’t worried because I wasn’t staying but a couple minutes but what she really said was she just had a Covid booster and flu shot. I almost tripped over myself to get out of the house…no way did I want to feel that again. There have been some studies investigating the potential association between blood type and the risk of COVID-19 infection or severity of illness, but to my knowledge, there has not been a specific study examining the association between blood type and vaccine-induced myocarditis.
      In general, non-O blood groups have been associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular disease, although the underlying mechanisms for this association are not fully understood. However, it is important to note that many factors contribute to an individual's risk of cardiovascular disease, including genetics, lifestyle factors, and underlying medical conditions.
      The incidence of myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination appears to be higher in males and in younger age groups, although the reasons for these differences are not fully understood. As with other potential risk factors for myocarditis following vaccination, it is important to understand that the overall incidence of this side effect is still rare and that the benefits of vaccination in terms of reducing the risk of severe COVID-19 infection and transmission outweigh the potential risks for the vast majority of people.

    Given that similar numbers of cases of Myocarditis have been seen with non-mRNA vaccines (e.g. Novavax), and the one thing they share in common is the spike protein; would this not add weight to the hypothesis of the causal relation between the spike protein and myocarditis?

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому +3

      The causal relationship between the spike protein and myocarditis in the context of COVID-19 vaccines is still being investigated and is not yet fully understood. While myocarditis has been reported in association with COVID-19 vaccines that use mRNA technology, such as the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, cases have also been reported with other types of COVID-19 vaccines, including the Novavax vaccine.
      It is true that the spike protein is a shared component of all COVID-19 vaccines and while the spike protein may be a potential factor in the development of myocarditis after COVID-19 vaccination, the relationship is complex and multifactorial. Further research is needed to fully understand the underlying mechanisms and risk factors for this adverse event.

Does it circulate free or bound to something or aggregated? How was it detected? Western blot? Another question: does this spike protein bind to ACE2? Or is the binding site modified in the vaccine sequence to make it bind less? If it binds it can obviously cause inflammation in endothelium and other tissues.

Symptoms of an allergic reaction may include rash, hives, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing, rapid heartbeat, dizziness, or weakness. If you experience any of these symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.

      @Merogenomics  Рік тому +3

      Inflammation can potentially lead to conductivity problems, particularly in the nervous system. Inflammation is the body's response to injury, infection, or tissue damage, and it can cause various physiological changes that affect the function of nerve cells.
      For example, in conditions such as multiple sclerosis or Guillain-Barre syndrome, inflammation can damage the protective covering of nerve fibers called myelin, which can result in impaired nerve conduction and a range of neurological symptoms.
      Inflammation can also affect the conductivity of the heart, particularly in conditions such as myocarditis or pericarditis. Inflammation of the heart muscle or the sac that surrounds it can disrupt the normal electrical signals that regulate the heartbeat, leading to arrhythmias or other cardiac abnormalities.
      Overall, while inflammation itself may not directly cause conductivity problems, it can lead to various physiological changes that may impact the function of the nervous system and other organs, potentially leading to conductivity issues.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому +4

      Yes, there can be a significant difference between accidental intravenous injection and intramuscular injection. When a medication is intended to be administered intramuscularly but is accidentally injected intravenously, it can result in unintended and potentially serious side effects.
      The main difference between intravenous injection and intramuscular injection is the route of administration. The intravenous injection delivers medication directly into the bloodstream, allowing for rapid and systemic distribution throughout the body. In contrast, intramuscular injection delivers medication into the muscle tissue, which results in slower absorption and a more localized effect.
      Accidental intravenous injection of a medication intended for intramuscular administration can result in rapid and potentially dangerous systemic effects, such as an allergic reaction, cardiovascular collapse, or other adverse effects depending on the medication being administered. In contrast, intramuscular injection generally results in a slower onset of action and less risk of systemic adverse effects.
      As for the study you mentioned in mice, I am not aware of a specific study that demonstrates the causal factor you mentioned. However, it is well established that administering medications via the wrong route can have significant clinical implications. It is always important to follow appropriate administration guidelines and protocols to minimize the risk of adverse events.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому +2

      It is important to note that pericarditis can have a variety of causes, including viral infections, bacterial infections, autoimmune disorders, and other underlying medical conditions. The presence of the spike protein in the blood is not a specific test for pericarditis, and it is not clear that the spike protein would be detectable in the blood in cases of pericarditis that are not related to vaccination or exposure to vaccinated individuals.
      That being said, if you are concerned about a possible connection between pericarditis and COVID-19 vaccination, your doctor may order blood tests to check for the presence of antibodies to the spike protein or other components of the vaccine. These tests can help determine whether you have had a recent infection with COVID-19 or have received the vaccine.
      Your doctor may also order other tests, such as an electrocardiogram (ECG) or echocardiogram, to evaluate the function of your heart and the presence of inflammation in the pericardium.
      It is important to discuss your symptoms with your healthcare provider, who can perform a thorough evaluation and determine the appropriate diagnostic tests based on your individual circumstances.

    Could a previous traditional flu shot have primed their system for antibody dependent enhancement ADE ?

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому

      There is currently no evidence to suggest that previous vaccination with a traditional flu shot would prime an individual's immune system for antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) of COVID-19.
      ADE occurs when antibodies generated during a previous infection or vaccination with a related pathogen actually enhance the entry or replication of a subsequent virus or strain. However, ADE is a very specific phenomenon and not a common occurrence in vaccine development or disease prevention.
      While some concerns have been raised about the potential for ADE with COVID-19 vaccines, the available evidence suggests that the risk of ADE is low and that the benefits of vaccination in reducing the risk of severe illness and hospitalization from COVID-19 outweigh the potential risks.
      It is important to note that COVID-19 and the flu are caused by different viruses, and while they may have some similarities in terms of symptoms, they are distinct illnesses. Vaccination against the flu is recommended annually to reduce the risk of flu infection and related complications, but this vaccine would not have any impact on an individual's immune response to COVID-19.

Virus infection alone should be triggering inflammation. Now that more data is emerging that spike protein can be dangerous to our circulatory system, it helps to explain why inflammation would be expected also on top of that, from the spike protein alone as well. @Merogenomics  Рік тому

      The exact mechanism by which the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 affects blood cells is not fully understood and is currently an area of ongoing research. However, some studies suggest that the spike protein may directly or indirectly cause blood cells to become more prone to aggregation, which could potentially lead to clot formation.
      Regarding your question about micro-plastic particles, it's important to note that there is currently no evidence to suggest that micro-plastic particles are present in the bloodstream or that they could cause the formation of fibrous stringy anomalies in blood vessels. While microplastics are a concern for environmental and health reasons, more research is needed to determine their potential impacts on human health.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому +2

      The full length spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, which is the target of COVID-19 vaccines, is a surface protein that is expressed on the surface of the virus particles. When a person is vaccinated with a mRNA-based vaccine, such as the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccines, the vaccine contains genetic material that instructs cells in the body to produce a portion of the spike protein, not the full length protein.
      After vaccination, the spike protein fragments are displayed on the surface of cells and are recognized by the immune system, which triggers the production of antibodies and immune cells to target the virus. The spike protein fragments are eventually broken down and eliminated from the body through normal metabolic processes, such as renal clearance or uptake by immune cells.
      It is important to note that the full-length spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 is not typically present in the bloodstream of individuals infected with the virus, as the virus primarily replicates in the respiratory tract and not in the bloodstream. However, the spike protein fragments generated after vaccination may circulate in the blood for a period of time before being cleared by the body's immune system.

      @@Merogenomics Hey, Dr Been covered this pretty extensively when he covered the Stanford study done on adults, not children like this study. To quote him: "Pfizer-BionTech vaccinated individuals showed a level of spike protein in the blood that was similar to the amount of spike protein in the blood of an acute COVID patient. This level stayed high for 2 days in 96% of the individuals."
      Then remembering that the study Dr Raszek is covering here says they found (33.9±22.4 pg/mL) full spike when the 16 young subjects presented with Myocarditis (Median 4 days, 1- 19 rang) ... let's go back to how much spike protein and how long (in the Stanford study):
      Dr Been pointed out, "Days 1-2 after vaccine: 96% of the vaccinees had spike proteins in the plasma. Median spike concentration was 47 pg/mL. Levels reached as high as 174 pg/mL in some vaccinees. And, a small number of individuals had the spike protein levels in the blood in ng/mL. (Thousands of times more than the acute COVID)
      Day 7 after vaccine: 63% of vaccinees had spike proteins in the plasma. Median spike concentration was 1.7 pg/mL.
      21 Days after the booster: spike concentration was reduced in the plasma. Reason was that the previously trained immune system produced antibodies. These antibodies attached to the new spike in the blood. Forming complexes. "
      So, assuming there is no reservoir (in the case of an infection) or no immuno-problem preventing clearance (in case of Vaccination) the spike gets cleared from the blood at an appreciable rate but also the amount of spike produced by vaccinations varies concerningly.
      BUT: In this study the 16 myocarditis cohort also had an adult control group (not mentioned by Dr Raszek) and they cleared all the S1 part of the spike from their blood while the some (29-34% of both myocarditis suffers and non symptomatic respectively) of the kids didn't (they had it complexed with antibodies) so it was still hanging around even though they showed negative.. (this was not for the full spike protein mind you, the shrapnel S1 parts) and figured that adults and children don't clear at the same rates.
      TL;DR: Full Spike protein hangs around and has been measured in plasma of myocarditis presenting children mostly after 2nd shot, for 1-19 days. An endpoint for total elimination of full spike protein wasn't given and spike shrapnel, even when undetected, was still in a complexed formation in about 1/3 of vaccinated children. Adults can clear the s1 component fully.
      Scary.

      Yes, there were certain ingredients that had to be included in the vaccines for them to receive government approval. The specific requirements vary by a country and regulatory agency, but vaccines must undergo rigorous testing to ensure their safety and efficacy.
      For example, the COVID-19 vaccines that have been approved by regulatory agencies such as the FDA in the United States and the EMA in the European Union contain mRNA or viral vector technology, which delivers a small piece of the virus's genetic material to trigger an immune response. These vaccines also contain other ingredients such as lipids (fats), salts, and sugars to stabilize and preserve the vaccine.

      @@Merogenomics I'm afraid what you describe is the theoretical process for vaccine approval. That process was not followed in the case of the mRNA vaccines. The covid "vaccination" program (Operation Warp Speed) is actually being run under the policy direction of the National Security Council, with the DOD serving as Operating Officer and the HHS only serving in an advisory (more like propaganda) role. Roughly sixty military officials are in leadership and decision-making roles, making it look more like a military operation than a science-based effort. The pharma companies are restricted to mostly providing R&D prototypes, and demonstrations. The DOD's own long-established suppliers are actually manufacturing and distributing the products.

      For playing their role the pharma companies, which are being micro-managed by the DOD, have received billions of taxpayer dollars while the government purchases millions of doses in advance and then stockpiles them or throws them out for lack of arms to put them in as demand wanes.
      Three key pieces of legislation are being used to pull it all off non-transparently and without fear of liability or meaningful regulation:
      1. Emergency Use Authorization (1997 under Clinton). EUA declarations are at the sole discretion of one person, the HHS Secretary. He/she does not need any supporting scientific evidence and need only voice a belief that the product MAY be effective. EUA declarations bypass the FDA's safety and efficacy regulations by redefining pharma products military style as "medical countermeasures" rather than pharmaceuticals. Countermeasures do not legally require clinical investigation in order to be approved, so the kind of sham investigations we are seeing are clearly meant for show. The FDA is fully aware of all this, but continues to deceptively pretend the products are pharmaceuticals under their regulation.
      2. Other Transaction Authority (amended in 2015 under Obama). Congress has authorized eleven federal agencies, including the DOD, to enter into “other transaction agreements” that do not need to contain the standard terms and conditions for scrutiny and regulation the way normal contracts, research grants, and procurements would for example. This can be done even if the counterparty is normally subject to regulation. The DOD used such agreements with pharma to order the R&D of "military prototype” covid vaccines. Legally speaking, no regulation needed, even for manufacturing standards. Again, the appearance of regulation is a sham and in my opinion constitutes fraud.
      3. PREP Act and "Public Health Emergency" declaration (made bulletproof in 2020 under Trump). This is what activates the two pieces of legislation above. Liability protections extend to employees, their families, and all down the supply chain. For obvious reasons, the emergency declaration is very likely to be extended into the foreseeable future.
      NOTE: Some of the above information is based on in-depth legal research done by paralegal Katherine Watt* of Bailiwick News (available on Substack). All of the above information was presented by Sasha Lapytova during a Children's Health Defense Symposium titled "In the Midst of Darkness Light Prevails" (and many times since). The symposium was held on December 10, 2022. Sasha's presentation begins about 3hr 20min into the 6 hour video, which is available for viewing in full on their web site. Wording of the various laws is shown along with the official org charts for vaccine development. I simply represented what Sasha presented as faithfully as I could, figuring this information needs to get out to as many as possible.

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому

      It is true that an immunologic response to the spike protein could potentially lead to an increase in myocarditis, which is inflammation of the heart muscle. This has been observed in some individuals who have been infected with COVID-19, particularly in younger males.
      However, the incidence of myocarditis appears to be higher in individuals who have received the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, particularly in young males. This has led to investigations into whether the vaccine itself may be causing the increased incidence of myocarditis, although the link is not yet fully understood.
      It is also possible that the lipid nanoparticles used to deliver the mRNA to cells may be involved in the development of myocarditis, as these particles have been shown to accumulate in the heart and other organs after administration. However, more research is needed to fully understand the mechanisms behind this phenomenon.

    In one criteria I tolerate a basic intolerable mistake, the administration should have been done under the safety measurement of aspiration.

      You are correct that there are many factors that can influence the risk and severity of adverse reactions to vaccines, including individual factors such as pre-existing health conditions, genetics, and environmental factors, as well as vaccine-related factors such as the type of vaccine, the dosage, and the administration technique.
      Regarding the administration of vaccines, healthcare providers are trained to follow specific guidelines and protocols to ensure safe and effective vaccination. Aspiration, which is the process of withdrawing the plunger of a syringe prior to injection to confirm that the needle is not in a blood vessel, is not routinely recommended for intramuscular injections, as it has not been shown to improve the safety or efficacy of vaccination. However, healthcare providers are encouraged to follow the recommended administration techniques and to report any adverse reactions to public health authorities.

      I apologize if my previous response was unclear. Myocarditis is a condition characterized by inflammation of the heart muscle, which can have a variety of causes, including viral infections, bacterial infections, autoimmune disorders, and exposure to certain medications or chemicals. While COVID-19 vaccination has been associated with an increased risk of myocarditis, it is important to note that myocarditis can occur independently of vaccination or exposure to the spike protein.
      Regarding the presence of the spike protein in the blood, it is important to note that the spike protein is a component of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which is the virus that causes COVID-19. The spike protein is not typically present in the blood of individuals who have not been exposed to the virus, and its presence can be an indicator of recent infection or vaccination. However, the presence of the spike protein alone is not diagnostic of myocarditis or any other specific medical condition.

    Will RNA vaccines produce spike protein in the body infinitely?

    • @Merogenomics
      @Merogenomics  Рік тому

      No because eventually the genetic template (the mRNA being injected) is eventually destroyed. For it to produce spike protein indefinitely, it would somehow have to become part of the cell genome and that is not expected

      I'm not aware of any studies that suggest nicotine gum or patches can "return the body back to normal" after COVID-19 infection. While nicotine has been studied as a potential treatment for COVID-19, the evidence is still inconclusive and more research is needed before any recommendations can be made.
      It's important to note that nicotine is an addictive substance and can have harmful effects on the body, including increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease, lung disease, and cancer. Using nicotine gum or patches without a doctor's recommendation or prescription can be dangerous.
      But if you have studies please share them with us.

      The spike protein is a component of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19. The virus enters human cells by binding to a receptor called ACE2 on the surface of the cell, and the spike protein plays a key role in this process.
      It's important to note that while the spike protein is primarily associated with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, there are also reports of the spike protein being produced in response to COVID-19 vaccines. This is because the mRNA vaccines teach cells to produce a harmless piece of the spike protein, which in turn stimulates the immune system to produce an immune response against the virus.
