I wish they did micro bead laser engraving.. You could use a laser to pulse a design inside so when you looked inside the pot under sunlight you could see a holographic projection of your family or a design. The inside of the lid could also be used as a magic mirror that projects the Buda or something. With that technique.

@@gkffnds 아녜요. 중세때나 금속장인들의 신분이 낮았지, 고대시대 대장장이는 지배계급이었습니다.
금 가루 날리는 거 보면 로스율이 심각할텐데 저걸 어찌 저찌 다 모은다 해도 90% 이상 회수가 가능할까 모르겠네요.

Okay dumb question - why can't they cast the pot whole instead of making it in two halves?
May be for even thickness, and able to reduce the unnecessary weight.
Possibly the weight but it could be too insure a proper poor to not leave any voids in the casting. Just guessing.
Removing the cast from the inside would probably be very difficult
From the shape, it seems too complicated to make the mold. Remember, there are many carvings in the pot.
