I have my students make recordings of eveeything they learn.. It's like going to the gym, for your brain, muscles and mouth. I require them to speak slowly and distinctly and i taught them phonetics and how to produce the sounds clearly. This gives them the bodily training so that some things are more automatic.
Thank you :) you're very sympathetic. I enjoy watching your videos and improve my English. I have to do get out of my comfort zone and speak more. Practicing. Thanl you!
I start a learning English at 01 month ago, i watch yours videos, this is very important for me, my difficulty is the vocabulary and usually the preposition correctly, but I try and i want learn, thanks for the lesson!!👏🏻👏🏻
Just love the way you teach i am so engaged in watching your video that i feel i am in classroom and not on UA-cam, Thanks for creating such a great videos ❤
main reason you are not fluent in English: #1 when you speak quickly, YOU LOSE CONTROL (speak at your OWN PACE) and forget about every body #2 over-complicating things (keep things SIMPLE) #3 Focussing on accuracy (get a balance between ACCURACY and FLUENCY) built them both up over time #4 Lack of vocabulary (Build your vocabualry LONG TERM) (when speaking use vocab JUST BELOW your level) #5 You are shy (It's take times and awareness) #6 You don't practice enough (you don't practice fluency enough) how to handle realtime pressure (breath / smile / make eye contact). I appriciate for your sharing, thank you so much.
Hi Keith, I follow you for years now and I’d like to tell you thank you for the great job you do in helping us. I have to admit that my English is not the best you can find, however, learning vocabulary is difficult and I think the way you mentioned in this video is a good way that I’ll follow. Learning slowly is more efficient indeed.
All of the tips are useful. But the most important tip is about doing mistakes while learning cause trying to be perfect is the biggest mistake. Thank you sir
Thank you so much sir for your amazing video. I first time watching your video's and this types of video's help those who are want to fluent English speaker.
I'm not at wery high level of English now. I already knew about these problems «why can't I speak», I try to solve them, but my main problem is I can't practice too much. I don't go farer(I'm not sure this word exist, I don't want to use an auto-transtator) than typing youtube comments, and this isn't improving the real time speaking skill. I can't move to another country where most people speak English. I really want to find some place in the Internet where I can use a voice chat to communicate. I am also very socially passive, so I could find it much faster without that. Thanks you for creating this video, you have given me some motivation :)
Want to add some information about my country. We have the «English lesson» subgect in schools, but here we don't learning how to really speak. We create some fake dialogs on paper and repeat them in pairs to the teacher. School program doesn't want us to know English, it wants us to pass the exams after each year in the school. I feel like I am the only one who understand most of things happening on English lessons, others can't even read. The teacher makes us to learn a lot of tables with a lot of text and «tips how to understand is it present perfect or present perfect continous» etc.
I'm glad keith, am here watching some of your videos. It helps me very much to find new words and constructing words/vocabulary in a sentence. Keep doing your good work and inspire others❤ big salute on you🎉from 🇵🇭
One teacher said that learning foreign language is like taking a stroll in the Zoo where you feel safe, while speaking in real life is like being thrown out in the jungle where you never know what may pop up just in front of you. I like that metaphor 😂
