    Excellent workout! So glad to be back! I loved the incorporation of the bench in with the stretch portion. I really got deep into the stretch.

    Loved this one and so happy to get early after missing y'all all week!!! I am also glad to see Edi was listening to me when I tell her to drop the weight as I am trying to lift the same and was on the struggle bus when those darn biceps today 🤣🤣 Great pump today!!! Happy Sunday!!

    Was a great time executing this workout today. The lat focused deadlift definitely needs focus and so does the lat focused pullover. love those rear delt flies 👍I think we are doing the Lying Deadstop Tri Ext for the second time in Build 3.0. Is getting better for me, still need to improve. Enjoyed this workout to kickstart part-2 of Build 3.0. Thank You Chris and Edi. Happy to see you in action and so with Arnold. Love you all ❤
