@ 8:05 , its called a scrum/ scrummage. Its the method of restarting play in rugby that involves players packing closely together with their heads down and attempting to gain possession of the ball. The fail was that in Rugby, you have to be in contact with the ball when you "touch down". He dropped it forward before he landed so is considered a "knock on" which gives the opposing side possession.
Tyrone! Aussie here. In Rugby (League or Union) when they all link up it's called a scrum. It happens when the other team fumbles (knock on) so it kinda restarts from that. And unlike NFL you actually not just have to walk in the Try area (Endzone, we call a Touchdown a 'Try' you have to ground the ball too. Also unlike NFL the position in where you scored matters when kicking the conversion, as if you score a try under the posts, you kick from right in front, but the kick gets further away the more wide the try is. Hope that helps :)
Regarding the women's softball one. The bases were loaded. After the hit, the player on third makes it to home. The player running from first to second base got tagged out. It looks like they thought it was the third out, tossed the ball away, and started celebrating, not realizing it was still in play. The remaining two players are both able to make it to home before they notice, scoring two more runs.
had to watch the softball one a couple times but it turns out that the girls thought they got the 3rd and final out at second base when the runner was actually called safe by the 2nd base ump. lots of fail there especially by the catcher who blocks her teammate from getting the final out at the end.
When they're like fighting over a balls, that's called a scrum in the game of Rugby played primarily by the Welsh, English, Scottish, Irish, Australians and New Zealanders.
That linking thing in the rugby game is called a scrum where the 8 forwards on either team bind up and push together in order to gain possession of the ball. Usually the team who feeds the ball into the scrum wins it back.
Caution, below me are a bunch of annoying Europeans knit picking Tyrone because of how he was raised and how he refers to the name of certain sports. Enter at your own risk.
I only saw one "picking on Tyrone", by "correcting" him using the word "soccer", when everyone knows Americans call it that. We may not like it, but everyone knows that's the CORRECT term for the sport in U.S.A. so I'll give you that one. Everyone else are just telling him what the "indoor soccer" (as Tyrone called it) is actually called. Informing someone of something neutrally or politely is not "picking on". Sensitive crowd in these here comments, lol...
indor socer games are commonly reffered to as FUTSAL games, and in europe the scene is quite big especially during winter when the major soccer leagues are on break
Hey Tyrone at 8:09 it's called a scrum in rugby where both teams try to get the ball on their own teams side, then a player grabs the ball from underneath their teams legs
Best EVER too early celebration was Leon Lett in Super Bowl 27, he was going in for a score to set the Super Bowl scoring record when Don Beebee came from behind and stripped him preserving the still held record of 55 points that San Francisco 49ers scored in Super Bowl 24 :-)
Guilty Gear Xrd. Underrated fighting game with insanely high production value and tons of features. The guy who celebrated early is Woshige, went on to work at Capcom on SF5, which contributed to features like V Skills which were borrowed from GG. The newest version of GG is Revelator, came out a few months ago.
8:22 that's a sport called rugby union and that form is called a scrum where the two teams pile a few players in the scrum and the toss the ball below them and they have to push and whoever pushes the furthest their half back or 5/8 grabs the ball and runs off with it or passes, it happens when a penalty to both sides happen during an advantage, and he failed because he was meant to try which means you need to put the ball on the ground in the try line but your meant to have grip on it while placing it down
So Tyrone in rugby there is a play called a scrum where a group of 6 players from each team huddle around the ball and try to kick it to their team side, and in order to score a try the athlete must place the ball down in the try zone in order to score, and you MUST place the ball down in order to score
In Rugby all guys all linked up is called a scrum & is how the ball comes into play in some scenarios & to score you need to show controlled downward force on the ball to the ground...
TM - It's rugby Union...London Irish vs Wasps. At the start of the clip is a scrum. Formation of both teams forwards linked together...ball is put into the middle and they push against eachother to gain ground/posession of the ball. Kind of obsolete now. The ball is always put in crooked to the feet of your own players and it seems the scrum is used more as a way of gaining a penalty than posession. Collapsing/spinning the scrum is usually what we see in Union now! No try - In rugby you must touch the ball down over the try line with downward pressure. No downward pressure = no try!!!
When the second place dude is that close behind you, you don't celebrate until you cross the line in first. Hell, unless they're more than 20 feet behind you, don't celebrate that early.
The game is Guilty Gear XD. There is a newer version coming. It is a fun fighting game with a cult following. It may something to do with the main hero being called Sol Badguy, the cock rock soundtrack or that every fight starts with "Heaven or Hell: Lets Rock!". Also Bridget that trap that launched a thousand ships.
Its called a scrum, 10 men from each side bind together and push and the side who gets further over the ball will have to kick it behind them so their team can get possession
For rugby, in order to score a "try" (a touchdown) the player has to physically let the ball touch the ground inside the "in goal" (endzone). The dude that jumped up let go of the ball so it doesn't count.
For the rugby one Tyrone, they were in a scrum, where the two teams push against each other, and the hooker tries to get the ball out for their team. Also in Rugby, you have to touch the ball to the ground to score a try, unlike in American Football where you can throw it or drop it
4:26 European soccer or rather football for people from England is only played outside where as in America soccer is played inside if it's for school stuff like tournaments
i think the ball is placed in the middle and they have smaller players trying to pass it through behind them. im not really a rugby fan but i went to a tournament once so idk if im wrong. probably am
Dear people who get mad at Tyrone for saying "Soccer," The word "soccer" is actually British. It derives from the game's proper name, association football, with the "soc" bit taken from the word "association" . The reason it came into popular usage was simple: in the 19th century, football and rugby were both commonly known as football, the former dubbed "association football" and the latter "rugby football". But both phrases are a bit of a mouthful, however, so they were popularly shortened to "soccer" and "rugger" to keep things simple.
not sure if anyone said it already. But the pile of flesh you seen the rugby part was called a "scrum" which is a method of restarting a play almost like a jump ball in basketball.
the first video is afl an australian version of football with 22 players on both teams wherr there are four sticks to kick to. kicking between the two tall sticks is a goal worth 6 points. and kicking between a tall and small stick is 1 point or behind.
Isn't that indoor soccer actually futsal? I was always interested but haven't had the chance to play. I only ask because the goals look smaller than soccer. Might be a camera angle thing though.
Nothing more embarrassing than premature celebration. Humble pie cures E.C.(Early Celebration). P.S. Those videos would be perfect for a "Try not to laugh or smile" challenge.
Tyrone, to get the ball in Rugby they link up and drive each other back to get the ball. The sport is Rugby, and if you like football you would love Rugby too.
That nerd one was so funny and Tyrones impression gets me everytime XD
The game @2:50 is guilty gear xrd revelator, is popular in the US but is most popular in Japan

The human side of me feels bad for them but the brain side of me is laughing.
That cocky goalkeeper is the best haha. Man that last throw from the kid, what a double pointer.
Here in Poland we play indor soccer all the time in shool. I think it's the most common game on WF (PE)
had to watch the softball one a couple times but it turns out that the girls thought they got the 3rd and final out at second base when the runner was actually called safe by the 2nd base ump. lots of fail there especially by the catcher who blocks her teammate from getting the final out at the end.
3:15 That game is Guilty Gear Xrd. Its a really cool anime looking fighting game.
Tyrone, the part where they link up in a sort of huddle in rugby is called a scrum
I love the last one, man.
7:28 Tyrone you and the kid both shook your heads at the same time
the one you wanted explained to you (where it looked like they were fighting over the ball) is a part of Rugby called a scrum
I was amazed when I saw AFL at the start. Have you ever watched Australian Football before Tyrone? (Not Rugby)
@8:05 is called a Scrum and the sport they're playing is Rugby....very tough sport (probably the most toughest, in the world)
Tyrone that rugby circle thing is called the scrum where they basically use their shoulders to wrestle for the ball
6:58 that's a miracle throw .
That full court shot was savage af
Patrick Roy celebrating a save and the puck going in the net afterwards should be one of them
When they're like fighting over a balls, that's called a scrum in the game of Rugby played primarily by the Welsh, English, Scottish, Irish, Australians and New Zealanders.

Some of these announcers are gold 😂😂😂
Tyron in that softball one u missed, The other team celebrated after they only got their 2nd out, so the other team ran in 3 ppl to win the game
Caution, below me are a bunch of annoying Europeans knit picking Tyrone because of how he was raised and how he refers to the name of certain sports. Enter at your own risk.

I died laughing on that last one xD
Hey Tyrone at 8:09 it's called a scrum in rugby where both teams try to get the ball on their own teams side, then a player grabs the ball from underneath their teams legs
aaaargh it hurts too much....but i can't stop watching.
I said the exact same thing when Tyrone said "That would be funny if the ball hit him in the back of the head." I said it then he did ha ha
Rugby is such an incredibly fun sport
I laughed so hard at all of these hahah to good!
In rugby, Them being linked up is called a scrum, and you have to have contact with the ball when placed on the ground when scoring.
i have that little groot plant pop head on my desk too :P
Best EVER too early celebration was Leon Lett in Super Bowl 27, he was going in for a score to set the Super Bowl scoring record when Don Beebee came from behind and stripped him preserving the still held record of 55 points that San Francisco 49ers scored in Super Bowl 24 :-)
There's nothing worse than suffering from premature celebration!
that full court basketball shot
+Tyrone Magnus The game is called Guilty Gear Xrd, sick ass fighting game with an awesome soundtrack.
Guilty Gear Xrd. Underrated fighting game with insanely high production value and tons of features. The guy who celebrated early is Woshige, went on to work at Capcom on SF5, which contributed to features like V Skills which were borrowed from GG. the indoor games of soccer/football games are called futsal (at least in here, portugal)
Tyrone, if you want to know what's the game with the guy jumping and losing the ball, you should check out the move "Invictus".
8:22 that's a sport called rugby union and that form is called a scrum where the two teams pile a few players in the scrum and the toss the ball below them and they have to push and whoever pushes the furthest their half back or 5/8 grabs the ball and runs off with it or passes, it happens when a penalty to both sides happen during an advantage, and he failed because he was meant to try which means you need to put the ball on the ground in the try line but your meant to have grip on it while placing it down
That huddle is called a scrum and its Rugby LOL

The gathering in rugby is called a scrum where they push for control of the ball
almost at a mill keep goinggggg!!!!
8:15 is a scrum which happens after a penalty and when he went into the try zone the ball fell forward which is called a knock and is a penalty
6:59 damn
5:41 tyrone knew what he is watchin' lol
Tyrone when they were all pushing against each other on the pitch to get to the ball it's called a scrum, it's a rugby thing
He missed the letter K as he said C instead
Also in rugby you have to place the ball on the ground in a controlled matter past the line to score
thanks mate
In Rugby all guys all linked up is called a scrum & is how the ball comes into play in some scenarios & to score you need to show controlled downward force on the ball to the ground...
@ 8:04 they where playing rugby that's how the game starts sorta like how in basketball a player has to jump up and get the ball
TM - It's rugby Union...London Irish vs Wasps.
At the start of the clip is a scrum. Formation of both teams forwards linked together...ball is put into the middle and they push against eachother to gain ground/posession of the ball. No try - In rugby you must touch the ball down over the try line with downward pressure. No downward pressure = no try!!!
Rugby. It's a Scrum. When they were all 'linked up.' The team moves down the field as one to gain possession of the ball.
When the second place dude is that close behind you, you don't celebrate until you cross the line in first. Hell, unless they're more than 20 feet behind you, don't celebrate that early.
When they were linked up, that's the like Faceoff in rugby
7:25 The kid and Tyrone nodding XD.
In Rugby when they are all linked up like that, it's called a Scrum
7:01 Damnnnnn, Midorima would be proud...
Tyrone is my favorite reactor I don't no why 🤔........ oh yeah 1 million subscribers woooooooooo!!!
The game is Guilty Gear XD. There is a newer version coming. It is a fun fighting game with a cult following. It may something to do with the main hero being called Sol Badguy, the cock rock soundtrack or that every fight starts with "Heaven or Hell: Lets Rock!". In the words of the great Yogi Bera " it ain't over til it's over" .
Its called a scrum, 10 men from each side bind together and push and the side who gets further over the ball will have to kick it behind them so their team can get possession
Well Tyrone, when they were all linked up, as a rugby player I would like to tell you that, that is what is known as a RUCK
No, that's the scrum a ruck happens after a tackle and there are only a few players in a ruck.
+Kierszty You are right, I got ahead of myself...welp I'm moded😱😂😂
As a rugby player aye?
SportsAreForNerds aye I at least accepted my mistake, this doesn't happen very often on the Internet
David Williams Good point man.
For rugby, in order to score a "try" (a touchdown) the player has to physically let the ball touch the ground inside the "in goal" (endzone). The dude that jumped up let go of the ball so it doesn't count.
I really did think I was gon see nick young in there
For the rugby one Tyrone, they were in a scrum, where the two teams push against each other, and the hooker tries to get the ball out for their team.
Also in Rugby, you have to touch the ball to the ground to score a try, unlike in American Football where you can throw it or drop it
Tyrone react to the woman and her Dog being saved in a flood!
3:32 feel bad for the guy in the blue shirt 😂😂😂
4:26 European soccer or rather football for people from England is only played outside where as in America soccer is played inside if it's for school stuff like tournaments

Guilty Gear is the name of the fighting game

P.S. Those videos would be perfect for a "Try not to laugh or smile" challenge.
Tyrone, to get the ball in Rugby they link up and drive each other back to get the ball. The sport is Rugby, and if you like football you would love Rugby too.
In the soft ball the catcher left thinking that was the last out so she left but their was another out left in which the other team scored
