I think some people may not understand what’s happening, what I think might be the case is that the dog lost their legs when some abuser did something like cut them off or something so the person in the video gave them the sweater looking sock hoodie and recorded them, I may be wrong but this is just what I think happened because I don’t see any legs sticking out and if the dog did have legs you would see them starting to pop out at the bottom
