Went into Argos for the first time today and this video pretty much sums up the encounter. Although seeing the fight on video is not a substitution for the fight, but I felt much more confident going into the fight after this video. Very nice video.

Speak for yourself you must be on dad region because from release till now on NA East I've never not gotten a party and Lost ark group finder takes way less time than any other MMO wife played including wow

I just wanted to look up the mechs for when I don't get carried lol it's understandable also why you'd get gatekept when the game limits the entry amount. Make raid buddies is my tip. I just saw multiple p1 carries last night.
Someone having problems with the memory game? I can't follow one color even if i slow down a youtube video of it. Something about multiple colors blinking gets my brain distracted/confused

Couple intuitive mechanics with a couple harder mechs that are cheesable so not hard anymore. Yup straightforward enough, dunno what did you expect, argos is easy as fuck, when brelshaza comes around youll see actual non straightforward mechanics
i think it does not do justice to not explain the memory pizza mechanic. it looks confusing and some parties run without a bard so they need to know how to do it. it's not a simple follow the colour scheme, you need to know that you can not stay on the same platform for more than 1 attack and you will always be moving to an adjacent platform. i ran argos yesterday and i had to do this mechanic and i didn't know how to properly do it for a while, because the second attack showed that the platform i was standing on remained the same colour so i just sat there and ended up tanking an extra small hit then i had to move far for the third attack. it was more difficult than it had to be lol.
Yeah for some reason no one bothers explaining the pizza mechanic in any video beyond saying to cheese it which will wipe you every time. That's why people die so frequently is because of the quantity of shitty P1 guides like this
I had a rocky start with this game, hated deadeye so had to swap to pally but I didn’t like the support solo content so swapped to Zerker.. got to Argos then I had to move from euw to euc because euw is the worst server I’ve been on ever. Finally 1385 and loving p2… snuck into an alt run in sun and loving it! Even better than wow raids.
Question about random timer popping over head suddenly. There wasn't any circles on ground which to avoid so is there certain point where have to run? Was in moonparty at that time and timer went out, got big damage and other team member died. I haven't seen this mechanic anywhere 🤔
Wish they wouldn't make so many mechanics colour depandend, i am colourblind and the colourblind mode doesn't help a ton. I would appreciate mechanics having to do with shapes a lot more.
@@notfallsani25 get in a pre-made group with reasonable setup. I’d say support is a must because most of them are reluctant to use battle items i.e. shield potions etc.

This is a good guide, but it's the worst at the same time. Seriously, I am soo surprised how nobody has mentioned this in the comments below??? Even though I follow all your guides, this one is so lacking, i died twice and got called by my party. I thought i was prepared but then I saw people typing "nesw" and I was like, what is this? I didn't know where to go in the circle mechanic. I mean, I knew the color obviously, but this guide doesn't explain WHERE each member has TO GO into WHAT position and I was running around like a fool. In the end, i was on the floor, while my party was killing Argos and all i could do is watch. Now I have to wait for a whole week to do it properly next time. So frustrated.. that's too bad, I am gonna have to consider watching other ppl's guides now. Not because me personally failed the run, but because of the humiliation I felt and to avoid future results like this.
this was so easy i literally did matchmaking and we killed it first try. was expecting a harder challenge. hopefully phase 2 & 3 is more challenging i assume.

I was only one left alive for the last 5 minutes of fight, barely killed it before timer ran out. Why are people so idiotic, they don't know where to stand during pizza attack... I now realize why I quit every other MMO in the past. I can't stand playing with idiots in group PvE content. And it's always so difficult to find static with people who have a brain and actually LISTEN to advice. I want to quit LA. Shit is just too sad and frustrating when your time gets wasted because of other people's stupidity.
Don't hate the player. Hate the game. If the creators of this game cared for proper guild mechanics which invites players to actually befriend one another and make them feel like having proper communications, all these shitty raids and bosses wouldn't be a problem. Instead you have over 9000 guilds which are full of alt-accounts and you see 3 active members per day logged in for 10 minutes and leave. I played Lost Ark for half a year now and I made a total of 2 friends, who play for about 5 hours per week and I was a member of 8 guilds already, each of them only storage space for alt accounts. If I compare that to Ragnarok Online where I was the leader of a 50 player guild + guild forum + guild Team Speak channel and you always had a minimum of 10 online users at any given time of the day, Lost Ark feels like a Single Player Game. And that's exactly what I'm treating this game as. I'm item level 1485, never did Argos, never did Legion Raid and only did 4 Abyssal Dungeons (5th will never happen as I'm Match Making for hours and hours for 4 weeks now and never get the player number required) Only looked into Argos because this new "Growth" event mechanic told me to do it and after watching this video I decided that I don't care.
Finally made it to Argo...I forgot when is the last time I watch a boss video...

Most of the people making guides have played in korea and russia so they know the fights already

Its not a legion raid… not supposed to be super difficult. Phase 2 and 3 is much more difficult than phase 1. Phase 2 hardest imo
Phase 2 requires comms to complete, so yeah.
Failed 15+ times. Completed the first time we had Bard/Paladin in group though.
I just finished P2 it was harder and fun, team almost gave up but we killed it in the last try
