SvR 2009 was only remembered for rtwm and the gameplay.
Pretty much just RTWM for me. I wasn't a fan of 09 but RTWM helped it from being a big disaster.
I liked it better than SVR 08

I hope, in Batista/Mysterio endings, people get the subtle "bubble" aspect I wanted to convey. Amid a crazy WrestleMania audience, in the middle of the ring, these two competitors share a moment of friendship. And then we zoom out to the crowd going wild, music blaring, confetti falling.
I've been waiting to see this video done on UA-cam for like over 10 years now so I thought why not just do it myself! Also yes the music is cut out for The Undertaker's ending. UA-cam didn't like that because copyright and all that crap, so sorry about that one! More ending videos incoming. That was the gameplay focus at the time. They weren't aware of what we had in the story-mode realm. Honestly, my bosses never paid me much mind. Never sat in on motion-capture, talked to me about story theory, etc.
The stories are all pretty tag team related as well. You got the co-op with Rey and Batista which is self explanatory, you got 2 masked men teaming up to attack you in the Jericho story as well as finding unexpected allies to tag with, as Triple H you have to choose between 2 of the most iconic teams in wwe history, punk has to team up with dreamer in his story, Santino and finlay team up to end undertaker while he reforms the brothers of destruction with Kane, and Cena battles the better-than-utopia faction in his rtwm.

I love this game's RTWM
SvR 2009 RTWM saved the game. The removal of GM Mode and the awful camera angles made this game the worst game in the SvR series. RTWM is the only thing that has replayability in this game, it was the start of one of the most beloved story modes in all of WWE games.

It took me 198 wins to have all max attributes reach to 99.
Svr 2009 was a big stepdown from 2008 Rtwm was the only thing that kept it from being a disaster

So, a little background. SVR 2007 was a big game - first going all-in on 360 gen. So everybody bought 2008, which was actually weak sauce. When I came on and did RTWM, it took a while for sales to go up, because a lot of people felt burned by 2008. Then RTWM pushed review scores up, and word of mouth started getting around.
That's why I always say: A game pays for its sins with the sequel. Look at Watchdogs 2 or Titanfall 2, for example. Way better than their predecessors, but people felt ripped off by the first so they didn't buy the superior sequel.
Of course they would have Triple H (in Ending A) do something as degrading as having Shawn Michaels put the belt around him (with his arms out - like he was expecting it) and somehow still be the good guy in that scenario.
Still not as bad as "the outsider" (aka Triple H's story from WWE 12) where Triple H breaks Ric Flair's record, buries Miz and Sheamus, Beats like 5 guys at once, then wins the wwe title then retires and vacates the wwe title immediately.

How did you get a triple threat at WrestleMania between Batista/Mysterio/Edge? I’m assuming Edge wins at No Way Out? And is there anything to unlock when you take the losing path like when Punk and Dreamer lost at Mania?
Yep you get the triple threat at maina by making sure either Rey or Batista loses to Edge at No way out. You also are forced to drop the tag titles back to Miz and Morrison in this path.
I don't think there's any extra bonuses in the losing paths so no I don't think you unlock anything aside from a different ending.
If you don't mind me asking how the hell did you get the Tazz only ending for CM Punk at 3:54? Whenever I play it's always Elijah and Tazz vs Punk and Dreamer that turns into Punk vs Dreamer at the end.

I was wondering for Undertaker. What happens if Boogeyman ends the streak at Wrestlemania do that have a ending scene.
I didn't know that there was a different ending to CM Punk's storyline. I beat CM Punk's storyline with Tommy Dreamer as the guy I retained the ECW Championship against, but never Tazz.

For triple h,you are obligated to choose dx instead of evolution
DX and Evolution path have different bonuses which means you have to play both paths.
