- In this video we install F30 340i Brembo 4 pot calipers with F30 pads and rotors on my 2011 E90 335i xDrive. These are the 340x30mm calipers which are much cheaper to source compared to the powder coated 370/380mm F30 msport/F80 calipers. For those who dont know, the 370/380 calipers only have extended mounting points on the caliper, the caliper itself is exactly the same as on these grey 340mm version. Both versions use the same dimmension pads and have the same clamping force, but larger rotors are obviously used with the 370/380mm version. This is a great and affordable upgrade for the lackluster E90 335 front brakes!
My 07 rwd 6spd N54 is sitting on the lift right to the left as well.

Yes, much better stopping power and combined with ss brake lines the pedal is firm and linear and predictable. I am enjoying this setup a lot
@@ryanclark997 did you need a e90 m3 master cylinder? some people on the forums complained of a squishy pedal wondering how you got yours so nice!
What were the rotors?
Just bought some 440i msport calipers and did the 370mm rotor on the front for my e92 it’s so much better

Yo what kind of wheels are you running on this car? Do you have an IG or something, I would like to know how the brakes look with wheels on?
Edit: Have you run them on the track? How do they compare to the stock ones in terms of fading and heat?

unfortunately I did just the fronts, rears are more complicated

Yes they do, I am running bmw style 400M's

Do you need f30 dust shields?
No, I only had to trim the outer edges very slightly
