    The beginning is me @ UGA reading a very prominent mural in the student center reading about students serving in the Confederate army during the 50th anniversary of desegregation.

    My sister is studying biomedical engineering and tells me all the time about how the lack of other black students and the subtle condescension of her classmates makes her want to change majors every month.
