Even if now I have an hardboard I really have nothing to complain with my Starboard Tikhine Wave which is the best choice I made when I purchased my first ever i SUP. 1600 km done in 10 months on this very reliable 12'6" × 28"x 4.75".
You didn’t mention the temperature at the end, would have been a more credible video if you showed the yield temperature. Why would you even measure it at the start if you won’t show what it was at the end?
I am sure that is a better technology but would it not be better to just not make inflatable boards with dark Color’s such as black, blue red etc and just have them white or mostly light Color’s and then they don’t really get that hot if left in the sun. Hard boards aren’t really great if left in the sun either if they have dark Color’s. That’s why I always look for boards with light Color’s. Less issues. Sure it my not look as cool but it will last a lot longer!
that's cool.. but i am truly shocked. This is the most scientific comparison in the world. no pressure data at all. no defect inspection . different structure on side rail , at least glue the 2nd layer on the 1st one . and as 10 years manufacturer experience, we need to know why it explored from side . if it is , it doesn't mean your tech is good, but side rail's raw material is not strong .

Solutions: Don’t settle for inflatables whether they are pool chairs or SUP’s! Unless of course, you stay in the pool.
I love composite boards, but for most people, especially here in the UK, an iSUP is the best option.
