This video is more geared towards *car dealerships* and prospective buyers, not state government vehicle inspections. Why else is he checking for scratches, dents, "glamour shot" angles, and interior cleanliness?
I am a licensed Virginia vehicle inspector and this is not a complete inspection process and I've never heard of inspectors taking pictures of the vehicle.
This inspection appears to be a conditioning inspection for a lease car that is being turned in at the end of the lease. Not a state safety vehicle inspection!
Great Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about - Saankramer Vehicle Statement System (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a smashing one off guide for discovering how to get a vehicle history report without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate at last got astronomical results with it.
This is not an inspection for state. This is an inspection for someone who cannot be there to see the vehicle, so these people are hired to be their ears and eyes. Again, this is NOT a state inspection.
A 2'' scratch? A tiny dent (5:45)? Remind me to not lease a car from these people? The pictures are meaningless. Prove he didn't take a picture of an identical sliver Suburban with a black interior? Other than the gash on the door and quarter panel, that care is in good shape for 47K on it.
WTF is he inspecting for? It is not for car safety because if it was the person who owns the truck could die in a wreck for not having good brakes, wipers that work, bad shocks, seat belts, etc........
this is how its supposed to be done but Inspection express wants the VICTIM to do the work that THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING...LIKE WTF?!!!!!!!that pisses me off....this country is getting lazier and lazier....if you're an inspector and that's your expertise , yet you have an app that prompts the hurt and injured to record the vin, take the photos, from top to bottom. etc.....this is wrong to me....plus if someone puts in a claim then no-one else's information should be trusted that's why they're called INSPECTORS!!!!!!! smh....sad....Inspection express is lazy as hell
Thank you for teaching me so I can do my exam way more better.
I like how he holds a digital camera up to his eye like a cheap disposable.
Hes shooting using his eye level, eye distance and eye perspective. That's all.
He almost sounds like Tom Hanks 🤔
Never checked for collision repairs.. thats a huge one !!
Tire treads must be checked at least 2 different locations of tire! Depends on tire pressure, tires could be worned outer or centre!!!
LOL look better note down that ding! that may cause a Huge Pile up down the road!
Is there a money shot also?
VIN number = vehicle identification number number?
Do inspectors usually take 'glamour shots for somebody's website"??

Can you help me with a couple questions
He forget to check the seat belt, emission gas etc.
It's more complicated in New York
Thats why they're expensive there.
Was this a level 3 inspection? If so will it mater if my srs airbag light is or check engine light during inspection?
What about belts, wipers, battery cables, battery terminals, look underneath for broken things that drop down ?
Dang, if all inspection's had to be SO,
PICKY,-!!! I would be in trouble.!!!!

Only 47k miles on a 02 Tahoe??!? REDFLAG
Low mileage is good. Not always a red flag. Probably an elderly persons vehicle.
Is this a salvage inspection or what ?
Oh I thought this was a state inspection lmao
We( Jevol )provide the complete solution for vehicle inspection center, workshop.
Didn’t even check the lights or brakes or check for any leaks in the suspension struts wow

did he find any fingerprints??
He should be a photographer, not an inspection pro.
He's not an inspection pro. FYI: inspection pros do take plenty of pictures.
Hes doing the most. I cant. Lol glamour shot? Bruhhhhh
He never looked on top of the roof of the car..

What are you blabbering about. There is no victim in a state inspection and it is the vehicles owners fault if it doesn't pass inspection.
This video isn't a state inspection, it's an end of lease vehicle inspection to check condition.
Right, but this doesn’t explain why she left me
