Impressive ,Thanks for this introductory video. Please send a demo to Erin or Amir...
Done ;)
Erin is great and knows his stuff, but to know how they sound, send a pair to Ron, at New Record Day in TX. Amir would just be clinical.
it is impressive engineering, i am going to look out for my local hifi klubben to get these in.
not my main speaker type that i am looking for next, but i can see the appeal.
hope Radiant Acoustics expand they lineup of speakers, a smaller sealed(no passive radiators) with 5" woofers, maybe that is not possible since the tweeter waveguide would need to be made smaller.
Will there be a floorstanding version?
It's says something about the current Hi-Fi segment when affordable is 4000 euro
A production version of Purifi's spk 16 with a Risbo waveguide would have been great. But this is still more. And at that price. This is going to be a benchmark product and it's one normal people can save up for. People like me.
I've been reading the purifi whitepapers and am using a purifi amplifier for a couple of years now. This is the state of the art. Wow.
I’m not sure where this fits with in the Peter Lyngdorf ecosystem? It seems to be in between Steinway/Lyngdorf and Lyngdorf Audio (excluding the CUE-100). If any has a legitimate answer, please let me know! I hope more items and accessories will be available for this brand!
Hey,
Radiant Acoustics/Nordic Hi-Fi is a seperate company within Peter Lyngdorf's umbrella of companies, not related to Lyngdorf Audio as such (besides of course Peter's involvement). As such, it doesn't really make sense to place this brand "between" his other companies... but what I can say is that of course, the Clarity 6.2 speakers is just the start :)
As a Dynaudio owner I find very few loudspeakers can remotely approach, much less surpass them, but this product looks like it could be the exception.
Why?
Wut?
Interesting! However, I am waiting to see an active speaker that combines Purify’s technology with the Power DAC amplifier technology that Lars Risbo also invented. The question I have is: Why bother with all this perfection is you add cables, amp, pre-amp etc? Get the high-res digital signal directly to the speakers and have it processed by a small digital amp designed for the specific speaker.
Looking at the crossover plate it seems clear that an active design will follow. The crossover also looks the weakest point in this design. So maybe it´s better to wait for what the future brings 😊
More garbage to the Mountain of small speakers. Do we not have enough of this kind of speakers?? Integrate whatever nordic audio have into dali speakers. Price No object and affordable do not mix
At this price, it's really not affordable to common folk I think, you can get better speakers craftsmanship and the performance I don't think that much difference, and I thought there is no curved design here, it just looks like another boring normal square like speakers...
You must become unburdened by what has been.
I declare the end of 2-way systems.
you always need cheap speakers, 2 ways has its place.
but you can make any 2 way main speaker into a three way if you add dsp crossover to a pair of subwoofers, but then the passive radiators or ports become a unnecessary compromise.
I was very interested but no option for an oak finish is a no go for me 😞
Almost every manufacturer offers walnut these days for all the ´new vintage´ speakers.
As a Nordic company I can´t understand why you don´t offer an oak finish, this is what differenciate you guys from the rest of the world 😊
Same thing for black and white...it´s depressing to see the same thing over and over.
Owning a pair of Purifi speakers myself only compliments for the rest of the design 👍🏻 but I´m very disappointed, sorry
Conclusion: Come up with a sensational product that was believed impossible to make ... and still the second person to comment will always be some incredibly stupid grump. It's walnut, not oak ... come on ...
@@naibafabdulkobor4301 maybe stupid for you but important for me. When paying 4000€ it would be nice to match my interior (an oak floor in my case). I understand they are building it to a certain price point but it should be nice if they offer the option (even at a small extra cost)
@@justasimplefox Thanks for the feedback! Oak was next on my list, but I thought keeping it to 3 finishes as a start was the right choice... so we might just do it yet :)
@@HRNordicGreat and looking forward to it 😊
The contrast of oak and the dark front/woofers would also look very classy 👌🏻
