It's been some time now and correct me if I'm wrong, but to my recollection is that that specific promo was promoting the series premiere. I only remember the ad having an abridged version of the song with the characters running around.

It is indeed lost media. I've been trying to find it for years to no vail. I remember watching it in summer 2006/2007.
