- In this video the travel turtles visit Roquetas De Mar, Spain. We took lots of video of the beaches in this area, the town and the castle known as Castillo de Santa Ana. You'll be given a brief tour by Alyssa, our beloved granddaughter who comes on holiday with us every year. One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Very fond memories of Roquetas and its friendly people.
My wife and I have visited many places in Spain and many other countries. Roquetas is our favourite. We keep coming back.
We too, next month for the 6th time :-) i love it that it's not to busy with the quiet natural parc nearby. And when you have the need of a city you take the bus to Almeria.

I love this place. I was there in November 2018. I will be back there.
i went for 3 months in march 2020, was there 10 days then lockdown, ended up staying 4 months and i loved it
