You seem to forget that Nigeria is a fabulously wealthy Country, with a major wealth distribution issue. Third World hospitals look like hospitals because their equipment is far more basic and obvious, and not 'built in' like wealthy hospital facilities. It's highly doubtful the filming was done at a hospital.
