Get admin password of CPE ZTE F660 v6 ONU - TFTP method - encrypted xml file.
The ISP declined to provide the Admin password, they didn't give me access to the web interface, but they forgot to change the default telnet password
so I turned to other less orthodox methods.
In earlier versions of the ZTE F660, The Config File is in Plain Text, So with the 'cat' command It is displayed on the screen. This version uses an encrypted config file.

Can't use telnet as well. Seems it's blocked by ISP as I get this message - "Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed".
What are my options now?

Hello. scan the ports of router, at least one needs to be open for they have access. wireshark or nmapFE does the job.
