run mlocale set up select - check all boxes : start menu, mlocale set up, mlocale editor, mstar korea english-tick user dictionary-settings
go to registry settings-
default path-select folder where u install mstar kr
destdir-select folder where u install mstar kr
runfilename-select file with white round pink mstar logo from the folder where u install mstar korea

click apply
(select entry settings and apply code exactly as the above)
open mlocale loc reader
click settings - untick all boxes- click open and select kr loc file- click translate and wait
go back to the mlocale set up click apply and you can start mstar
