That’s a recent World Champion hanging around until well after the meet is over to making sure everyone who wants one an autograph. What a good dude. He makes it very easy to cheer for him. Go Jake!
I saw the 1500 final in Eugene. I saw Cram and Coe battle in L.A. in 84. The 1500 in Eugene was the most exciting race I’ve ever seen. To see Whiteman win that day was a thrill.
Fabulous video, showing all the goings on pre and post race; physio, warmup, light runs and so on. The Aus environment and facilities are near perfect for running. The interaction between the runners, plus the teenage kids was great to see, open access ! Everyone was enjoying it and had a smile on their face. Keep up the good work.
@@ThebigIndian I think he is quite genuine and candid. He has great insight into his performance and where he stands irrespective of a good or bad performance or good or bad finish. Vs the likes of Ingebrigtsen I think he's quite humble yes :)
Great content, keep it up. Had the pleasure of meeting you in budapest airport while we were all delayed. Absolute gentleman and so down to earth. Here is hoping for a stellar season!
You should come down every year1 Sunshine, Great Coffee, some decent opposition - what's not to like? Good luck at Sydney Milers - looking forward to a cracking race against our talented teenager.

Jake, I love how humble you are ☺️ keep up the good work, in running and life! Thanks for sharing your journey
Humble? All he did was make excuses!

Good luck for Sydney.
I like you more even now Jake! The Saints are my team too 🙂 Stewie doesn’t know me but I say hi to him when I see him at the games 😛
Good tester for you given the limited speed training. Good luck to you this year.
Who’s gonna be at milers on the 22nd
McSweyn didn't want to get beat by a 17 year old Aussie. Winning was a byproduct 🙂
Jake sir I ran 1500m in 3:50 and now I try to run sub 3:50 which workouts I will do plz suggest me
Some combination of speed reps with 200 m to 1200 m reps and intervals…
16x200 m with 90 Rest Interval
4-5 x 1200 m with 2 min -3 min RI…
Good luck!
Work on pure sprint speed, and endurance. Then top up with the odd 800m and 1500m pace session. Just progress with what you're doing, and be patient
Jake sir when i run long reps like 600-800m my body feel tightness what's the main reason plz reply sir love from India
