7:12 u can skip that tight part by just going all the way to the right, waiting for the flames to give u an opening, dashing through the platform by pressing down + Z and falling aaall the way to the very last platform. seems to be intended cuz it emerges right at the moment u land on it. oh and at the easier version of that attack u don't even need to evade the last flames. u can just stay on the platform. it will push you through and make u fall but the attack will end before u hit the flames.
