To limit the amount of inbound traffic to virtual networks, Here which will the correct NSG or Firewall?

You could use both - NSG is an Access Control List whereas a Firewall works at Layer 7 for filtering traffic. Checkout the new video I made on routing which will explain this in detail - ua-cam.com/video/tXLScLO-DRI/v-deo.html
