  • I change the rules. This time no background music or video editing. This is almost a streaming video, only a few adjustments plus a few of my comments. But it’s important for me to know your opinion - what do you like more: a new format or return to the old one? Please leave a comment. :)
The original photo was taken by my wife Oxana three weeks ago when we returned from my workshop in Laval.

Thank you for the wonderful demonstration Michael, i like the format a lot, very educational and a pleasure to see the scene appear on the paper

I love this format. It feels more sincere and educational because we can hear you talk. Also silent painting portions are really relaxing. I love painting noises. If other people don’t like it they can play some music over it themselves.

Thank you. Wow! You're so gifted. Make everything look so easy, but I know you have to been painting for a long time to achieve what you're doing. Love the different subjects. Your blacks look so full of life, in one word, fantastic work and demos. Gracias.

Hi Michael, you are a Master at manipulating your brushes, I am envious. I would have liked to see the reference photo at least once during the painting process. I love the dry brush effects you create with that goat hair brush, superb! I will look forward to viewing your other videos, thanks.

Hi, Tim. Unfortunately, this photo was taken from a driving car when we were returning from the workshop at Laval, so it was all blurry. When I was drawing the watercolor a few days after, I was doing it mostly from memory. So, I removed the photo shortly after I was done. Sorry about that.

I liked this new video. Thanks for trying something new. I would like to hear more about the process. Another way to do this is recording the audio on top afterward so you don’t have to paint and talk together. Thanks for your work

Thank you Maestro Michael, your new format is a marvel, my opinion is: keep this magnificent format, in real time with some initial explanations and then we have the opportunity to see you progress in your work with a "reference photograph"
And a few words from you, I think is fabulous for us watching your youtube channel.
    many thanks.
    David from France,
Take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Will you please tell the colours you used in this painting ? I doesn't get you the names you told.

Better this new format. With a few more comments on the process and the reference photo to try to reproduce it would be perfect! Ah I forgot, also the subtitles in other languages.
You are very good and thanks for what you do. We learn a lot from you.
