Excellent demonstration as always. Could you please give tips on how to firmly attach the drug syringe to the spinal needle without dislodging the needle from its location? Especially the pencil point needle with introducer? Thanks again

You steady your non-dominant hand holding the hub of the spinal needle (not the introducer needle), and then insert the syringe with a gentle twisting motion. The twist (with a non-Luer lock) helps to get a firm connection without needing to press forward too hard.
