      100 %...... Perfect tips.....
However on the last point on Driver's fatigue> It does not matter if the driver is embarrassed, but you are right that Drivers should be made comfortable.
The way I go about it, is to engage with Driver....... I a long drive, the Driver is your Karrta and Dhartha. You start by asking of his name, howz the weather, hws the traffic, are you married. etc........ after driving for say half an hour, u start asking what he did last night, what he ate, where he slept, how long he slept, was he with a friend, was he partying, etc......
On basis of this information u decide, on to engage with him continuously or to make sure he has tea or coffee...... If he had bath, it is fine (for early morning departure's), a break can come after 2 hrs. if not a break for refreshment is important Physical signs are also important. (In one such experience I took the drivers seat...... no one shud feel embarrassed , its a life and death situation if you are driving on Highways and high speeds.
In short, you should treat him as a King not a servant or slave. (You have said so in a diff. manner).
      So thanks. Kudos!

I have done good enough long drives for so many of my trips..and I can relate to most of the points here..in my recent 14 hours long drive, I tried to fight the sleep which I never do but situation was tricky at that time and that put me in a dangerous situation, I stopped the car, thanked god, and slept for 20 mins, I felt fresh and after that only I continued..!! Anyways, well portrayed video, best wishes..!!

These are all amazing points. I follow almost all of them. Last one doesn't happen because I prefer driving by myself and yes, I do take enough rest. Thanks.
