Hello sendri ji, good morning.Whether I am drawing pension through SPARSH or Bank, kindly clarify the following: In case the pensioner dies at rural area and his relatives don't get the post mortem done, what document will be accepted by the agencies concerned for various actions at different levels ? Who can issue death certificate. In case, a pensioner dies in accident, then it becomes a police case, then then other formalities will have to be completed as proof of death. In case, the deceased pensioner is left with none as NOK or any nominee, what will be the state of other benefits as would have been to heirs of the deceased pensioner, please try to clarify.
PM is not need if normal death.. but if died in accident then PM is need for insurance claim. Death cert can issued by Municipal corporation/MH or in different state whatever dept is resp. To issue birth/death certificate.. in case nominee is not regd .. legal heir can claim ..

Once service pensioner is alive it's a ridiculous tax for him for formalities. Think after his death it's not all possible for his n.o.k. to do all these formalities at all. Why don't you intimate who's the authority they have to approach for helping them?
