I did coolsculpting about 5 yrs ago. I am 5"1', work out regularly and try to eat healthy. I had 2 sessions on my stomach and one on my hips. Initially, I saw a very small improvement on my hips and none on my stomach...all sessions were uncomfortable but there was one that was very painful.... the pain was right after the procedure when I was being massaged. The pain was gone about 1/2 hr later but it was not pleasant. Years, later, any improvements are gone. I spent over $4,000 and I do NOT think I got my money's worth.

It DOES hurt. Not for very long….only for the first 10 minutes or so…. But it definitely hurts. And as far as making this a political thing…come people! Get a life!
