why so many negative comments. it's out of season for one and many people like escaping the commercialisation that Xmas in the UK has become. we spend every Xmas outside of the UK anywhere is better than the same old here and sitting in front of a tv all afternoon/evening. we have done Benidorm at Xmas/new year about 15 years ago and I must say we thoroughly enjoyed our hotel and the old town. we just don't like going to the same place twice ib quick succession so haven't returned yet but it isn't to say we wouldn't. you just have to ask the locals/hotel for ideas depending in what you like to do. never would i give up my Xmas abroad already booked the next one!
@@simonjohnhinton1938 yeah was 28-30c when I went. I went 9th September I think it was. Amazing weather all week. Old town was great. I stayed at Centro mar and got choice of new town or old. Was amazing. First time I've been. And got 2 holidays booked next year go back lol
@@deano1864 first time for me as well. Although next year we are planning to go to Malta probably about the same time as it is a little cooler. Going away somewhere new especially abroad really does open your eyes and with such breathtaking scenery in parts you'll want to keep going back.
@@simonjohnhinton1938 yeah exactly. I not been away since 2008 so wasn't fussed about going Benidorm. But I went and was surprised how nice it was. The food was amazing ! Lol and weather. Was faultless. !
@@deano1864I remember when we checked in at the riudor hotel, that Tuesday evening we had monsoon rain which made it quite tropical. After that though it was near perfect weather. Went on a day trip to valencia on the Friday of that week and it hit the low 30's. I was sweating buckets lol. Went to port calpe by boat on the following Monday which was nice. There always plenty to see and do and not just in benidorm either. Travel firms will often offer day excursions to give holiday makers a little variety to their holiday. Tui were fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
i have to admit Benidorm is a guilty pleasure of mine, I have been going for the last 11 years evry year with the same 12 lads , the usual lads long weekend, it really is a great place, yes a bit tacky but honestly loads of choice in nightlife, lots of restuarants , very clean beachs , lots to see and do through the day ,cheap as chips! just been to vegas and it was literally 5 times the price! only one thing I would say is over the years gangs of eastern Europeans have massed upon the streets and back street son a night , I know a few lads who have been mugged by them. other than this its a great place!
Seems the natives avoid these Brits...? "Ooh the food is so greasy here but we have found a backstreet Bodega that serves Watneys Redbarrel and cod and chips" Lived in rural Southeren Thailand over 12 years... ran across an aged US ponytailed hippy about a year ago.. 😂 seems the Benidorm comedy reflects reality..
Where all the easyjet set go to relax and rub tattooed shoulders with each other. They should rename the place Cans as opposed to the real Cannes, sponsored by Tennants of course.
The quality of your film seems to have changed lately , ie..it’s at a slower speed, in fact, I’d go so far as to say it’s totally rubbish! .....now unsubbed.
love benidorm and the nice weather nothing better can't wait to go back again⛅🍹🍹🍹
Muy bonito Benidorm!!!!!
Benidorm at Xmas - Brit's wear shorts and vests while the Spanish are wearing coat hat scarf and gloves

Nice to see the donkeys get the day off on the beach. . . .

How is Benidorm`s sea clean with so many hotels on the shore ?

What was the temperature? Some in shorts, others in coats
Tourists in shorts, spanish people in coats
I'm here in mid Jan and it's between 17-20 in the day if the sun is shining and 8-13c at nighttime.
See you in June for my stag lol
Doesn’t look very Christmassy, but it’s Spain and in the sun,
Not one person said Merry Christmas.
At Christmas time. Not for me. People walking around in t-shirts. That’s wrong 😃😃😃
