hey , i got Panasonic ac installed a month ago , and it was not cooling so got it checked and there was a leak , today the technician came and told it was in the flare nuts of the indoor unit , so he used teflon tape at every nut , but some UA-cam video are saying we should not use teflon tape kindly tell me z how should i know that ac is working fine

Ive just bought a daikin 1ton 5 star model and the installation will happen in couple of days. I want to ask is it necesaary to vaccum pipes even if you are buying the ac for first time ?? Vijay sales guy said since it is new ac and you dont need to vaccum it. Pls advice

Check gas pressure after installation
If it's within the range then there is no need

10 cm is the idea recommendation
But No need to worry about the size of the gap for air to enter. Even 3 cm is enough for AC to provide good performance.
