I use both Faramis and Vexana and they both work very well. Faramis is better because you don't really need to aim but Vexana's burst is insane too. Like just a few games ago I one shotted both gloo and Lancelot. I couldn't believe my eyes or ears when I heard the passive getting activated and the two enemy heroes got instantly deleted. It was super satisfying lol

Aegis is good at hanabi because she is immune in any kind of CC other than supress and she is like in inspire if she has shield and you are immune in any slow that's how good she was when her battle spell are aegis. then you can maximize her damage by fighting when the enemy have a creeps or when they are fighting together.
Why would anyone pick hanabi in the first place..not even close to meta marksman. Hanabi gets destroyed by all marksman and on top of that she doesn't have that much damage late game. There are marksman who can melt you in 0.5 seconds

Gen try the critical build with weapon master talent for more damage with Hanabi. Doesn't work much against tanks tho
