- Finally had the time to talk about the Amazon scams that are being used to save money.
A lot of my clients bought and got their order canceled, asked to pay outside of amazon, never got shipped, got V3 instead of V5, got 4TB instead of 8TB promised. Just a whole big mess and returning just wasnt possible since its shipped overseas.
So i wanted to highlight the main tricks these scammers use to lower prices.
1) Switching to a lower end V3 motherboard.
2) Selling 4TB harddrives as 8TB
3) Selling 19 inch as 22 inch.
4) Never shipping your order in the first place but taking your money!
5) Using lower end old touchscreens and LCDs instead of glass and captative screens.

Hi, I would like to know what is the difference between 4T.txt and 8T.txt in the file manager section? does it mean 4TB harddrive has 4T.txt and 8TB harddrive has 8T.txt?
How about its chip set, they both use arm cortex a53?, allwinner h616 or hi3536 ?

The V5 gets more updates and can switch between international and original China version , you have themes and more sorting categories on the V5 as well. But the main difference is speed and reliability . Also the v3 has a different sorting method when adding English songs thru usb. It doesn’t sort the names by initials . It uses the whole title
i have a question, i got inandon and then im downloading some karaoke into USB then when i put the USB into inandon, i was wondering, i can't add them or there's no add button after i put the USB in it.. what's the reason for this?
Put the song file in a folder named newsong on the usb drive and it’ll let u add
With this can the video\lyrics for current song be sent via HDMI to a TV for singers to view while audio goes to external amp and leaving this terminal for the next singer to look for their song?
Yup that’s exactly what it does
This video is a little dated by now but since you covered this topic - i found it quite confusing to catch fake / rebranding versuon of the legit InAndOn brand. I notice some of them have "inAndOn" printed at the bottom on the interface without the logo , some with the logo and without the (r) and some with both logo and the (r) and some without the brandname altogether. Like the ones you showed in the video , theres no logo but just the brandname.
Is there a standardised brandnaming convention we can expect from a legit unit ?
the logo is irrelevant, its just a sticker. The main things to look out for are which CPU are you getting, is the harddrive new and name brand or refurbished or used. is the screen a full angle full brightness screen, or just a low quality one. and recently also low quality power supplies resulting in harddrive failure

correct, thats the easiest way to tell, but your harddrive size can still be a 4TB. I got complaints from clients who bought from amazon sellers who stole our description right down to the wechat info, that they got a 4TB.
Is your product stand along or does it need to be connected to my home amplifier and TV?
You can technically sing from the screen but it’s not as fun, however you will need a speaker and mixer

What’s the difference between the c20 and the model you’re selling?
C20 is a rebranded V3 regular , It has a lower clocked cpu, no support for 4K videos in certain formats, no bluetooth dongle support, adding songs thru USB has a bug, and usually the build quality is significantly lower. Basically the C20 is just a old V3 motherboard in a budget shell with a line of text in the config file changed. Both are technically authentic but its like buying a samsung galaxy 10 vs the A21. Looks kinda similar and technically does the same thing, but not the same cost or quality.
I just got my hands on a c20 a friend bought and came broken. I’m going to try and fix it and post a review in the next two days

I am basically sick right now. 😳 I bought mine through Amazon!! I thought it was you guys☹️ I am very frustrated. I bought the KV-V3Pro 2in 1 Machine with 4T Harddrive,18.51nch , I just checked you are right it’s plastic cheap plastic!!🧐🤨I only had it two weeks I’m trying to return it they told me it would take 42 hours or so for them to check to see if they’re going to let me return it for a refund. I don’t do karaoke for fun or play I am a professional singer and I wanna professional karaoke sound a professional system I don’t want anything any less I don’t want junk I’m very serious with my work this is ridiculous. Yea a lot of sellers stole our descriptions and ideas . We do not ever sell on Amazon, only on ebay and www.rpegelectronics.com. You can always open and A-Z claim on amazon , or just file a dispute with your credit card, it’ll take a while but you should get a refund . Most of the Amazon ones are garbage older models. Our 18 inchers don’t use v3, only V5. If we do sell a V3 our price will be lowered to reflect it
Though to be fair they’re all plastic body’s but the screen can vary. Ours uses a glass touchscreen. Some use plastic some use glass but old Infrared touch. It can be easily identified by feeling if the white or black border is flush or sticks out. A good one should be flush and smooth
I just checked the model, it’s a 2011, 2012 it’s an old model!!!😝 I can’t believe this🙃😭 I thought I was buying a brand new system I’m furious right now. @@carolynspell4733 2011-2012 seems unlikely , if you’re looking at the firmware number that actually means year 2020 month 11 or 12 . The year of the model will not be shown on the info section, if you shoot me a picture of your info screen at rpegelectronics@gmail.com I can identify it for you. Maybe you didn’t get scammed too badly

Oof my family bought a fake version from taobao and my sister just told me to shut up and said that if she thinks that it’s fake then don’t use it but I’m just telling them so they don’t get scammed and also this is my first day using it and even after I let me sister watch this video she still doesn’t believe me and said maybe it’s a different version but the machine literally only have 1 page of logos and also all the things u said in the video
She didn’t get a fake if it’s an inandon but she got a low spec model, a v3 and most likely a small harddrive and lower quality screen. You get what you pay for basically

@@SGYT_Subscribe most likely, the ones I’ve seen on taobao are 15 inch old black and orange models with thick bezels. You can take a picture of the info screen and I can tell you for sure
