    • @bills6093
      @bills6093 2 місяці тому +6

      There was no reason for them not to call 911 for an injured daughter. They certainly couldn't have thought it would be easier to get out of a murder charge than a charge related to an accidental injury to JB. Burke, at the age of 9, could not be held liable in Colorado if he was the one that hit JB in the head. It makes no sense at all to me to concoct and create a story with far more serious legal implications, instead of just covering up an accident. It's far easier to say it was an accident and deal with that, than to strangle JB and make up a ransom note and a big story about a kidnapping.

      Especially after a busy few days, and a long Christmas day with the party in the evening. Patsy looked exhausted in the early morning photo with Jonbenet. Its like with the McCanns, giving different scenarios and accounts immediately creates doubt of what was actually true. Just feel its really important to remember the strangling happened prior to the severe head injury.Poor little girl struggled against the cord, pulling and scratching her neck with her own skin tissue found under her fingernails. And so if it was with bear hands that he did it, they could have determined that. There'd be finger nail impressions. And Jon Benet would have instinctively tried to dig her fingernails into him to make him stop. So if the garrote was for sure the cause of death, little Burke couldn't have done all this. And you could toss a garrote around her neck to cover it up, but you'd never be able to undo the forensics of doing it with bare hands or something else.

    Several things don't make sense:
    1. There was no sign of forced entry.
    2. The "ransom note" was written on a legal pad that came from the Ramsey house. So, the intruder somehow gains entry into the house, then spends time (and noise) rummaging through drawers and cabinets until he finds pen and paper?
    3. The "ransom note" was 2.5 pages long. So, the intruder is going to sit at the kitchen table and spend a good 30 minutes or so writing out this long note?
    4. Burke slept through all the commotion the next morning. First, I find that very hard to believe. Second, he is a ten year old kid who just got a bunch of presents the day before. He would be down those stairs at dawn playing with all his new toys.
    5. There are four people in that house and no one heard the intruder walking up the stairs? Jonbenet didn't scream?
    6. The murder weapon was a garotte made from a paint brush and rope from inside the house. So the intruder is apparently going to take the time searching for a paint brush and rope, spend the time tying the knots, and use THAT (of all things) to kill someone?
    7. If, as the note professes, you are trying to get a ransom payout from the Ramseys, why leave Jonbenet's dead body in the house? If you leave her dead body inside the house (which they obviously did), why leave a note demanding money?
    8. Patsy was wearing the same clothes the morning of December 26th that she was wearing the night before at their friend's Christmas dinner. Patsy Ramsey, the former beauty queen, and so concerned about image, is going to wake up and put on the same FORMAL clothes she was wearing the night before? No way. She was still wearing the same clothes because she was up all night staging a crime scene.
    If you ask yourself all of these questions, I think you will have a hard time convincing anyone that the boogeyman did it. I think either Patsy or Burke did it, not John. I'm not saying a murder was committed. Perhaps it was a slip and fall or a push comes to shove, which led to an accident, but a family member was responsible.

Just call 911 and be ready with your accidental hit on the head story. If you want to protect Burke, you can leave him out of the story. The N64 needs assembling, of a sort. It must be connected to a TV. The only TV on the main floor (1st floor) is in the Den (aka the study). The images of this room are the most limited in the public photos. There is sometimes listed in blueprints that there is a bookcase on the wall where the TV should be. This room is directly off the garage.
    The evening of the 25th, Burke took the N64 to the Dinner party. He would have been carrying it in from the garage with him when the Ramseys returned home, and may have wanted to reconnect the console to the big TV.
    I've used flashlights to see the RCA connections on big TVs. I wouldn't doubt Burke held it for John so they could finish "assembling" the N64 on to the Big TV in the Den. That is why someone may have needed to wipe the flashlight down.
    What if the pineapple and milk is in the Den? One of the first items Patsy moves out of the Den before she realizes she needs to be wearing gloves?
    JonBenet never touched the bowl, so this means she picked out pineapple from the bowl with her fingers.
    And a 6yr olds sticky pineapple covered fingertips touching Burkes brand new N64 controller would have triggered a 10 year old.
    So staging may have been picking up the Den. Removing the N64, and train tracks and placing them in Burkes room. Moving the pineapple but forgetting about it on the dining room table, which is why it wasn't wiped down.
    The Den is where the crime starts. Where tying up begins, because Burke impulsively want his little sister away from his present. He plans on jailing her as punishment, but that escalates as she begins to fight back.

    A jealous and bitterly enraged Burke, who was neglected by his mostly absent Father and ignored by a Mother who showered all her attention and love her little pageant queen, struck and killed Jon Benet. The parents then proceeded to fake a ransom note and strangling to cover it up.

    As I recall, John said this toy had little ramps and Burke told Dr. Phil he went back downstairs as he wanted to "knock this thing out" (a toy Burke and his father started to put together).The subterfuge and contradictions from John and Patsy could be attributed to not being sure what Burke might have heard since Burke says he went back downstairs "when everyone was asleep," and wanting to make sure (by hustling him out of the house) he wouldn't tell anyone, law enforcement, what he may have heard. Downstairs to me means under the tree where the presents were opened from early Christmas morning.

      Well, electrical train track burns are unlikely when you study the way those tracks work, imo. Current apparently does not flow between the outside rails. It flows from the middle rail to the outside rails. You'd either get three marks, or two marks that match the spacing from the center rail to an outside rail. You should not be able to create two burn marks matching the outside rail spacing, imo.

    Give me grace 🙄 ~ as a fashion conscious woman myself ~ if I hear ONE more man STEREOTYPING and evaluating what Patsy was wearing that morning, like Steve Thomas, Cottonstar and now Nick - to use as evidence that Patsy was up all night. 🤦‍♀️
    Have you even thought this through clearly and logically?
    Serious question. How many fashion conscious women have you actually interviewed on this one point?
    Patsy wearing the same 'neat and tidy' holiday outfit (with fresh makeup) that she wore for only a few hours the night before makes PERFECT sense to me - especially when traveling to another event with family.
    Think it through step by step.

      Have you ever won a beauty pageant?

    • @nottthereyet4872
      @nottthereyet4872 2 місяці тому +3

      @TCRS "Have you ever won a beauty pageant?"
      I won 1st place in a female "Slave Sale" contest. Does that count? 😅
      I was the first to train Gretchen Carlson on the computer when she was still reigning Miss America. She was very personable with me when one on one. Down to earth. Casual attire.
      My older cousin was a prim and proper pageant winner in Florida. Then she became a wife and mother and managed her rich banker husband's golf course along with a quaint little bowling alley and restaurant. A lot of activity in her life. Perfect house, perfect kids. Everyone grew up and continues to live healthy and happy. Close family and loves entertaining. But she has never seemed overly obsessed with her attire in any unusual manner.
      My college roommate was a pageant queen in Wisconsin, whom I also traveled with on occasion. She would easily wear the same outfit two times in a row - two different events.
      One thing pageant queens know how to do is travel smart. Pack wisely.
      Money has little to do with picking out your favorite outfits, and planning ahead, ESPECIALLY for the holidays.
      There are only so many favorite red sweaters and black slacks a woman needs in her wardrobe. Especially when your audience changes with each event.
      Patsy was no longer a pageant queen. She was a mother and a wife. Less fuss, Less muss is KEY in preparation.
      From what we've learned, Patsy got up early, cleaned up, touched up, put on the same easy slacks and sweater, laid out the night before, and headed downstairs. Perfect traveling attire.
      Most mothers know it's easier to get yourself ready first before starting your day.
      If Patsy had worn that same outfit all night long (doing everything you are implying), the sweater would have been a stretched out MESS, cuffs and collar soiled, sweaty and the slacks most likely stained.
      Did Steve Thomas ever check out THOSE important details? I think not.
      Her fresh face points towards innocence.
      Have you ever been a woman? Have you ever been a mother?
      Turnaround is fairplay. 😉

      @PaulTaylor1 2 місяці тому +2

      @@nottthereyet4872 sorry, but if someone is wearing the same clothes in the morning that they wore the night before, I think the most obvious explanation is that they have been wearing them all night. The fact that Nick hasn't worked with quite as many beauty queens as you doesn't change that.

    • @nottthereyet4872
      @nottthereyet4872 2 місяці тому +3

      @PaulTaylor1 Nick asked me a question, and I answered authentically to give some perspective. Patsy, being a beauty queen years earlier, does not equate with never wearing the same outfit to two different activities. Unless, of course, the clothes are soiled. Other women I have talked with concur.

    • @elibennett6168
      @elibennett6168 2 місяці тому +4

      I agree that it is not that odd. She probably only wore the outfit a few hours. It was ready to go and would get a bit disheveled traveling anyway. Why waste fresh clothing and likely have to change again after you get there? The key is that you are seeing different people. I've seen my husband do this too. He wears a suit to one event and saves the time thinking about a new outfit and just wears it to another event where the people are different and won't recognize the re-wear. A lot of people travel in the same clothes on a long drive.
