Great video 🙏 We are travelling to Sri Lanka in September. We so want to visit the South Coast but all the research we’ve done says it’s not good and to visit Trinco instead . We plan to spend 8 days visiting inland and 7 nights on coast. I see you visited in April and it was a little overcast, that would be fine so you know if September is similar to that or raining for days? It’s impossible to predict weather but feedback from others would be great 🙏
Glad you enjoyed the video!! I honestly cannot comment on the weather in September more than what Google would say. We did have really good weather in April though ☺️☺️ and would highly recommend Marissa!
I've been to Mirssa beach so many times lately. It is such a magical place & one of the best beaches down south. Can stay there for hours. Also try the Wijaya beach(Dalawella beach) next to Unawatuna. Trust me. You won't regret it..

@@AbbyandGaz Beruwala, Benthota, Unawatuna, Mirissa, Trinco marble beach, Arugam bay, Pasikuda, Uppuveli, many more, avoid big hotel chains if u don’t like but there are some affordable small hotels and even homestays are better , go depands on reviews, safe journey
It’s great! Both are very different which was strange as we thought they would be similar considering there close. Sri Lanka is a lot more use to tourism so the infrastructure is good for travelling. It’s a small island so the vibe is completely different with it being surfery but both have huge benefits/ interests to travel ☺️. Just depends what you want
