WOW, you speak truely fantastic Chinese, as a Chinese I am amazed
我爱你的视频!Grenada是我最喜欢的Caribbean CIP我觉得。
98% were Chinese investors? Wow. Their sphere of influence is literally growing everywhere. Even the Caribbean. I'm living in SEA and every country I go to around here has a large influx of Chinese in certain areas. They either really want out of China, or they are strategically putting their pieces all over the map. Probably a bit of both. Anyway, this series has been great.
I notice I don't see any locals living it large just foreigners enjoying themselves
Correct. This was about CIP participants who are, by definition, not locals.

Do people drive on the left side of the street on these islands?? :O
May I ask which kinds of investments or jobs most welcome foreigners to participate please?
May I ask how can one immigrate to Caribbean and sustain his living through work please?
May I ask which kinds of business or jobs can a foreigner engage at Grenada please?
what is up with sam bayat in between all five of the videos?
He, along with Range and Hideaway, sponsored the videos, so he gets airtime. Someone had to pay for production.

With Chinese labor, I hope these structures don't fall apart like the new construction in China
Grenada is in trouble.

In Between Names You are such a pathetic frog still living in you own world under the arid well.
which new construction fell apart? curious to know.
The E2 visas are dead under US pressure. I guess it's possible for pressure to also be used in other ways against these countries..... Christian, how did you learn Chinese so well?? What if the US pressures Grenada to stop offering visa free passports to China?
CBI should be canceled and banned in Grenada. This creates an opportunity for a handful of folks to benefit whilst most Grenadians live in poverty. Grenadians can't afford land prices as they cannot compete with rich foreigners. Affording house and land in Grenada has moved further away and is just a dream t o most Grenadians.
CBI is promoted in the premise that Grenada is safe place. Yes, Grenada is indeed relatively safe compared to other countries in the Caribbean. However, a closer look at the justice system will show poor Grenadians are faced with brut force of the criminal system.
None of this investment income goes to social programs to help Grenadians. While the rich bask in the sun, most Grenadians are displaced in their own country as most CBI real estate areas becomes exclusive to the rich. Typically, if locals are not providing house cleaning, landscaping, security services those places become off limits. Keep in mind Grenada does not have any private beaches.
Just how the Canadian government choose to ban foreign buyers so that Canadians can afford housing so to places like Grenada should adopt policies to make sure home affordability is accessible to all Grenadians. Housing is a basic human right and the injection of foreign cash makes it harder for Grenadians to afford a home. Let me make it clear, it's not in the interest CBI investors to look into the needs of Grenadians but it is in fact the rights and responsibility of Grenadians and their government.
It seems most of us are more distracted by smooth marketing and gracious appeal to this program. However, this is not in the best interest of Grenadians.
CBI program promotes social injustice and does not contribute to equality for all.
Yellow Nation is too interested for my liking. After the rape of forests in Africa where I live, I strongly suggest someone alerts those innocent good folks.
They need structural, systematic change in their economy and to empower their people. If they are not careful, the Chinese will own those countries. Smh
采访会讲中文,不错哦
Imagine If these small islands were overwhelmed by an influx of North Americans!
My country Barbados get 2 mins of promo lol! But in all seriousness, I don’t like this program. It’s just another way to sell out the Caribbean
So curious to know where the negativity against Chinese come from? So while it is OK for the white to colonize the islands for raw material, but it's not OK for Chinese helping the islanders to build? Can it be more racist?
