They're located in the backpack under the same section as valuables at the very bottom. Be careful not to sell them, because you can accidentally do so. Hope this helps!
Aberrations are no longer farmable in this manner as of today's Hotfix. More recent videos on my channel showcase this and show another method of farming the new Aberration. As for the Aberration itself, they only appear once the anomaly in the area has already been defeated from what I know. Hope this helps!
