The 201 door is probably because the code needs to generate a door at the same time as a room, and it was probably less work to just add a useless door than modify the code

Anyways, you would craft weapons and ladders to get across the castle, and your weapons could have rarities. Also, weapons would have effects on a bunch of mini bosses that are added to the game randomly, like you could build a tripwire for Halt, a super powerful light for Seek (to blind and stun him), a box of TNT (for figure) and a gun (for the final boss)
