Face Stabber (Kombat League Season 20 Reward - Reach Warrior Rank or Better). This season already happened, you missed your chance. Maybe it will return in a future Kombat League season. Are you playing on PC, XBOX or PS?

Yes, but some of them you still have to unlock.
How do you get the kitana summer skin?
You have to buy the Aftermath expansion or MK11 Ultimate.

Assassinatrix (DC Elseworlds Skin Pack). That's Catwoman's fan, as I recall. This is part of Kombat Pack 1.

Those come for sale once in a while. I guess you'll have to check the premium shop once a day. Also, sometimes they are offered in the Race Against Time.
