Found out her name is Sally Matthews. This performance is no anomaly. She has a phenomenally beautiful and powerful voice.
This piece always leaves me thinking that it's gorgeous but too short.

I have heard many (20+ ?) recordings of this; she may be v good but you can't tell from the quality of this video. Very poor (video sound, not singer)
