I've been playing the violin for 13 years and I must say the only instrument I love to listen to more is the cello. Is has to be the most passionate sound I've ever heard. This has my mind just blown!!! Sooooo amazing! Don't ever stop playing unless it's to marry me!
I am a french horn player and I personally believe the only instrument capable of producing an even more beautiful tone than the french horn is the cello. Kevin has certainly accomplished this and more, and hearing him play gives me a strong desire to learn the cello. I just hope I'll get the opportunity one day.
Just amazing! My daughter plays violin and she is inspired by what you have done Kevin. For all you that "don't get it" or don't like it, I suggest that you understand that music does evolve and that is why we have the wonderful variety that is available to us today. Keep in mind that Beethoven was a radical in his day and most that claim classical trying now see him as "proper" music. Just some food for thought. Those that like this I suggest you try out Black Violin, rock violin music.

OK... Most people make their fame based of one skill proficiency! To me, Kevin's profieciecy interconnected within 3 elements (beatboxing - chello *which to me is a mixture of guitar and bass / classical instrument ->renown!, and guitarist). People have made their fame within any one of those independent disciplines... I think he's above average with either one instrument (discipline) - but yet, he blends the three towards musical innovation - never heard before. why does he not have over a million hits... lol, anyways.. amazing.

He took 2nd place at an international contest where Yo-Yo Ma was the judge and YYM absolutely loved his combination of Cello and Vocal Percussion.
