Nice move 9 and you are thinking of what your plan is rather than waiting to react to his plan.
Ok my neighbours in next street will be wondering if everything is ok as I am SCREAMING at the screen. You were so very focused on the rewind you completely missed that his knight move 25.Ng4 was a free knight. Ouch as that was effectively the win. Lets see how this pans out.
Ok you noticed that you could have just taken, but luckily he didn't notice 26..Nxe5 winning pawn and establishing an advantage.
Endgame was interesting pawn push was great he completely screwed up with 40..a1=Q losing his passed pawn. Sadly you had the advantage of two connected passed pawns and time pressure meant you couldn't think and so did 43.Re7+ instead of pushing the pawns not sure if 43.d7 or e7 is best but it does mean he is forced to give up his rook to stop your two pawns.
Time pressure is interesting though, your knowledge of premoving - something I've never learnt to do helped enormously. It was clear he had no idea that when he is a king+pawn vs king the ONLY winning strategy is to get your king in front of the pawn.
When you reached your king g1 his on f3 and pawn g3 it was a forced draw as he cannot stop you getting back to g1 without stalemating you.
So a good save on time but to be fair you had two great chances - first missing the free knight 2nd missing the end game win pushing d7 or e7 - but to be fair by that point time pressure was maybe drawing anyway.
Positives for game overall - you developed a solid plan and put it into action and kept up the pressure throughout. A missed free knight was probably the turning point but even then you pushed your extra pawns to get a winning endgame positon and only time pressure meant you couldn't find the win.

It may be instructive for you to look at the position if he had not pushed his pawn in front of his king. Setup the position his King g4 his pawn g5 and your king g2. In this K+P vs K endgame if you get your king in front of the pawn you win. Try playing that out white to move and see that black will win because he can always stay in front of his pawn and guide it to g1. eg: white plays Kf2 black plays opposite Kh3 or white plays Kh2 black plays Kf3 idea is as black you want to get to f2 or h2 and control the three squares your pawn needs to reach g1. If you learn this pattern (your opponent clearly had no idea despite the time he had) it can convert a K+P vs K from a draw to a win.

hhaha I would love the neighbor's POV. I really felt the time pressure which is part of the game. Again it is just muscle memory and pattern recognition to finish off a game like that.

Okay, so. Nice content. But too many ads imo.
I can respect youtubers wanting to make money, but shouldn't you first grow your Chanel?

Interesting I’m not even monetized, I haven’t hit 1,000 subscribers. UA-cam must be putting ads on the videos anyway, typical
