Love the tags! You are so brave in using sprays on your plate. My coordination with the spray has been disastrous. So enjoy watching you work with gelli plate, and believe you are the best on UA-cam. Thanks for sharing.

Love your tags. This was a fun video. When I coffee dye paper I put extra coffee sprinkled on top, the big chunks always wind up like yours. So what I did was crushed the coffee really fine and rarely get globs. Works really well. You can put whatever amount you want on there and it works. Thank for the ideas.

I actually put the coffee through a grinder but must have missed some. lol
I have never tried coffee dying paper, or anything. I've never dyed paper with anything actually.

Just watched your newest vid in which you had a go with gloss sprays. I'm not over enthused to try those. But I do have a huge set of Distress Oxide sprays and still haven't tried this yet. I don't think I can ever watch you gel printing without dragging out all of my plates (I now have 6!) and playing. You inspire me so much, my lovely! Thank you!! Xo

Love these. Taking a break from cutting out my stamped images for Dyan’s Alphabet Card class so of course watching your videos. Wanted to share a great tip about the Distress Glaze. Actually discovered it while working on my folio (almost done BTW). Have you stamped on Dina’s plain collage tissue. I love it! But what really brings the image out is rubbing the glaze over the image after the ink is dry. Absolutely amazing. Brings out all the fine lines and adds just the slightest hint of sheen. Try it if you haven’t already. It would work great in your creations.

Love the tags Denise. Thanks for the tip about the glaze and Oxides - to make those colors less chalky (at times - it’d be nice to mixed the texture of them, little bit chalky, little bit vivid, where the glaze is applied.) That one tag - I love them all though - totally rocks ! Looks like watercolor flower, just gorgeous. Beautiful job !🙌💕🎨

When I get into a spot trying to coat something like the coffee, I use the clear spray coating you get at the paint store. I can still ink edges and add wax over it, but I wonder if it would cover the coffee. It looks so good on your tag. Thanks for showing us your wonderful work. E

Beautiful gelli prints. I also live the look of coffee in dinner if my gelli prints but don't like the sticky feel. I use clear embossing powder over it. When my tag is dry except for the sticky coffee I sprinkle on the clear embossing powder. Goodbye sticky coffee.

Did you let the black paint dry before laying on the stencil on the first one? Most of the black on my CAS seems to come up with the stencil instead of sticking to the gel until I pull the print.

What's your favorite online store to get your stencils??
Pick 3 I know is hard but can you tell me please... 🤩🤩

    • @DeniseLush

      Hi Monika!
Honestly, I only shop online - 1 place. Simon Says Stamp. They're my favourite. The shipping to Canada is reasonable and they take care of duty charges. And they don't take forever to ship your stuff.
I have ordered from Ranger once since they now ship to Canada.
I also ordered from Joggles once, because I won a GC for there. But I won't again because of shipping and duty. Too much to Canada.
If you live in the States it would probably be better to ask someone else who lives in the states, as my decisions are based on cost, shipping and duty to Canada.
Sorry, don't know how much I helped.
      But I do love SSS!

Please keep doing your videos for us I really love them I appreciate you. Happy Holidays!!!!! 🤩😊🤩😊

Remember almost all of my TCW stencils were from being a Brand Ambassador for 2 years. There are still some I purchased. I use to have a store here in town where I would buy them but they closed this year. So sad.
I don't find SSS too bad for time either. What province do you live in?

No, I keep them in their clam shell case (plastic sheets removed though) and they are in this thing that I believe it's called a letter organizer. Or file holder of some sorts. I will try to remember to show it in a future video. Or it is quite possibly in my room tour video.
