Also, please make sure that 90% of the zoo is made by you. It's obviously alright to use some backstage items, buildings, playgrounds, and other small blueprints from the workshop, but I really would love to showcase zoos on the channel that are original and (mostly) made by the creator itself. If you do use blueprints of others, then please make sure to give credits to the creators on your workshop page, because at the end of the day, all creators should get credits for their hard work, just as much as you like to receive credits for your hard work!

these tours always make me feel so inspired but then as soon as I open my game I'm like okay I can't do this XD this game is so difficult to look good haha

I'm the same lol. I do some things where I'm like wow this is amazing and then the rest is.. just.. not haha. It's like when artists draw eyes: one is detailed and realistic and the other one is a circle with a dot in the middle. You'll get there, as will I, just gotta persevere haha.

This zoo has a perfect balance between animals wellfare and visitors happiness. All the animals have very big and beautiful enclosures but the visitors can still see them very well from multiples points. So inspiring!

I love how as soon as you found the Pygmy Hippos the guests all point to it as you can imagine that’s exactly what tourist do at a zoo or animal park they all point and be like “oh over there over there” awesome 👍
I Think the lemurhabitat is based on 'Apelheul' in Apeldoorn. Where all the monkeys can walk and climb in the same space the visitors are walking. Very nice to check that out too!
You are right about the orangutans. They have those habitats in Ouwehands
That gorilla habbitat is inspired from the one in ouwehands zoo. Probebly with some insperation from the more classic style from rotterdam zoo.
We need climbing frames that change color, imagine how creative habitats could get! it'd be such a nice change. As much as I love natural look, it starts to be repetitive
try using climable pillars for that!
I don't want to made the other zoos bad, but THIS is the best Zoo i have seen in all the videos I watched. So much details and inspiring good stuff. 💜💛💚💙🧡❤

In Burgers Zoo they have a combined habitat with the Sunbear and the Binturong, so that's where the creator got the inspiration from I think.

This whole zoo is almost an exact replica of a Zoo I was at in the Netherlands while visiting family, I cant remember the name but it was amazing!
Curious what zoo you mean, as being Dutch myself and not seeing what you mean apart from this creator being Dutch too and probably took a lot of inspiration from Dutch Zoos 😅 As the zoo is also called Planet Zoo The Netherlands 🤪

I always look to others zoos like WHATTA HEKK sooooo realistic an then im all inspired, i play the game and then i worked 1 week to just the entree, and when i see the vids its like crap my entree looks like sh*t (even i spend a whole week on it, dont understand) , when im @ my 3th animal then realize im not happy at all and i delete my file, did it everytime, never was happy or something was so cool and realistic then few days later im like 'this is like crap from a graveyard' soo yeah ...or ya must have SOOO MUCH TIME or YOU worked more than 1 year (joking, if its less than few months CHAPEAU) so beautifull!! keep goin x

Apenheul has different urangutan habitats
Most zoo’s do in Holland
While i can see why the game did put the Ostrich and African Buffalo as enrichment species together, i personally find it a tad unrealistic, since i don't think real life Zoo's will put them in the same habitat, due to them both having agressive natures.

Since the update and the pack, Planet Zoo has been crashing. I don't know where to go in the support and was wondering if anyone else was having the same issue.
Try removing your underwater feeders ☺ and make sure to send a bug report via the frontier issue tracker ☺ issues.frontierstore.net/
@@DeLadysigner Thanks for you help. I realized after placing an underwater feeder that I started having issues with the audio and then it would freeze and then eventually it crashed. I hope that frontier is working on that issue as I noticed I was not the only one with the problem. Again, thanks for you helpful tip.

How do you make paths so wide?? also at 9:08 how do you build a wall like that, what pieces are those? Man, games like this really show how uncreative and un-imagenative I am T_T
The walls are made with the south america pack pieces. If you build paths with a grid you can make them as wide as you like :)

Is it possible to just have no guest and animals running wild
You can go in sandbox mode, disable the animal escape option, and then also close your zoo. You still need to place the null barrier and keeper doors though. And you will need at least trade centers keeper hut and staff room
