I really like the recurring theme in this song. To me, it gives off the feeling of an unsatisfied ending. Like you'll stay awake at night contemplating what else you could have done. I've never watched the movie, so I have no clue how it ends. Day 35 of asking for "Toroko's Theme" from "Cave Story"
They probably would have never been able to finish to the story in that movie only and they knew that so they handled the cliffhanger very well. Sadly beyond the spider verse is very likely to be delayed until maybe 2026-2027 I do recommend watching it still though
