Pull the tab and the card extends to twice the size revealing festive balloons and birthday wishes! I’ve got lots of tips to make it the simple way!
This card has some bounce to it! It kind of jumps out when you take it out of the envelope which makes it extra festive. You can also make a belly band to tame it down. I have instructions for that in the video!
I’m using the Hot Air Balloon bundle, but you can use any stamp set that has images that look good repeated. Use a large image for the pull tab. The bundle pricing for this set ends in April. The stamp and dies will be available separately in the new catalog. www.stampinup.com/products/ho...

Love this Juli! Could you please remind me again what you put on the card stock when burnishing with the bone folder, was it copy paper, to keep it from getting that awkward shine?
